"It was a nice stay, location was great right by the ocean, breakfast was acceptable, the only drawback was that if we wanted to use the pool, we had to pay for it and nobody under 16 could use the spa or pool, at least that was my understanding."

"Amazing property made out from the old mill. Everything is preserved and restored. Rooms are very comfortable and in lovely style. Grounds are like a paradise with river, waterfall and birds singing. Owners Jose and Maria were beyong words welkoming, showed us all property and prepared amazing breakfast. Driving to the hotel: use the gps location and then follow very small signs on the trees. Road will become unpaved and parking is in the forest, not far from the gates."

"Very low quality hotel in terms of cleaning, bathroom dirty, bugs in the corners, smells, the employees are very few and they are over tasked. No relation in the quality price, would not recommend it at all"

"Verry clean and friendly guesthouse. But owner is busy to renovate. The new rooms are beautiful but the older ones a problem. Noisy, bad located toilet. But in one or two years it will be nice. Just a few hundred meters from the sea."

"Sciocchezze, bisogna essere rinnovati e le foto non corrispondono a quello che vedete una volta sul posto. Se non avete un mezzo di trasporto (auto, moto, bici o trottinetta) si cammina molto per andare alla spiaggia (solo per il surf), alla stazione (treno che dovete pagare perché la carta porto non è valida). Ci sono ostelli a Porto 100x migliori e meno costosi con 2 cucine , 2 frigoriferi e molto pulito o si può fare incontri straordinari !!!! "

"What a fabulous first stop on our Pedalquest cycling tour. Mara welcomed us with professionalism, warmth and humour. The hotel exceeded our expectations and we had a lovely night there. Restaurant had a small menu, done well. The beds were beautifully comfortable and were very welcome on our first night on the trail. Would highly recommend."
