Les Jardins de Skoura

Un posto bellissimo con personale meraviglioso. In un ambiente rurale, questo hotel è tranquillo e bellissimo, con incantevoli giardini. La camera (Jasmine) era bella e pulita, calda e autentica. Il cibo veniva servito in una stanza vicina, splendidamente decorata con un caminetto da un personale affascinante. Il cibo era eccellente, cena e colazione. Anche autentico e fresco. Anche la terrazza sul tetto era bellissima. Altamente raccomandato.

Immaginate la nostra stanchezza dopo un viaggio accidentato e accidentato di 20 minuti dalla strada principale, solo per arrivare all'hotel prenotato a tarda notte ed essere informati che tutte le camere erano già occupate e "LA NOSTRA PRENOTAZIONE NON È STATA TROVATA", anche se sicuramente abbiamo prenotato due o tre settimane prima e abbiamo con noi una conferma stampata dal sito web tramite cui abbiamo prenotato, con la dicitura "PAGATO PER L'INTERO IMPORTO". E anche sulla nostra carta di credito è stato addebitato l'intero importo quando abbiamo effettuato la prenotazione. La FRUSTRAZIONE è appena sufficiente per descrivere l'intera situazione. Il personale indifferente ha incolpato il proprietario, sostenendo che "perché il capo è pazzo. lei è pazza", che gestiva il locale da remoto con assoluta ed apparente apatia. Promesse di una soluzione dissolte nel nulla, ( perché non hanno più stanza libera), costringendoci ad affrettarci e a faticare per trovare un'altra sistemazione molto squallida dove passare la notte. La cosa più incredibile e orrenda è che finora NON ABBIAMO RICEVUTO UN SOLO CENTIMETRO DI RIMBORSO dopo quasi SETTE GIORNI. Siamo in contatto con il sito web tramite il quale abbiamo prenotato l'hotel e faremo del nostro meglio per riavere i nostri soldi. A quanto pare, questa proprietà è caduta in nuove mani 6 mesi fa, e la buona reputazione del precedente proprietario viene sfruttata per attirare gli ospiti mentre il posto crolla. Sei mesi di tempo sotto la nuova proprietà sono sufficienti per offuscare la reputazione un tempo stellare di questo hotel. Procedi con ESTREMA ATTENZIONE se consideri questo hotel per il tuo soggiorno. Scegli saggiamente ed evita di ripetere la nostra sfortuna. Ultimo ma non meno importante, volevo solo dire un'ultima cosa al personale dell'hotel (soprattutto al carissimo proprietario): KAHWOUD!!!!

Food poisoning... BEWARE... went for 4 days, 2 spent vomiting, and sitting on the toilet, lifeless in bed for 2 days and 2 nights, had to leave this hotel and stay in Oscars hotel in the city just to get away from this horrid horrid hotel, although I slept through the whole stay, so total 3 nights and days spent sleeping, did loose a little weight though, always a positive with every negative. Lol. My daughter also sick, not as bad as me. Only ate in this hotel. Kitchen dirty, owners who live in paris, Gabby, could not care at all, demanded more money for extras. In the hotel another client was also sick. Then at the airport, a day later than we needed to leave, so yes, new air tickets, more money lost met another family and they too had been so sick too. We chatted and knew this hotel must clean up. It is not ready for western clients. Now the hotel.... The pool area is all broken, all the garden furniture is broken, all tables wobble, chair legs give way at any moment it really is THAT BAD A HOTEL. The area is unusual, can't say I liked it, but it's quiet. The room had a shower that was so poor, hardly any water coming out. Wife couldn't wash her hair. The town skoura is just awful, rabbits in cages waiting to be slaughtered, chickens, flies everywhere. Staff very kind, but very difficult to find always hiding. Food terrible, can't trust what you eat so really can't stay at this hotel and poison your family, remember people die from bad food. The other families said they will leave reviews to this hotel, When back in London I wrote to owners asking for a part refund, from that moment on they never wrote to me again. I don't know what these people are like but most unpleasant people they must be. I have spoken to a French lawyer, and do plan to put them through the courts, as in my opinion you can't expect your clients to pay to be poisoned! I a nutshell glad it was me mainly sick and not my little boy.

Stayed there for two nights - would definitely recommend this place for couples and families travelling with their own wheels. We enjoyed the Lush gardens, the rooftop area for sunset drinks, our very nicely decorated room and the pool. Food and drinks were very good, yet on the pricy side of moroccan travels.
