Sto attualmente soggiornando in questo hotel a Ouagadougou, suggerito da altri colleghi che ci sono stati prima di me. Hotel dallo stile moderno e dotato di tutti i comfort. Dispone di un bar a piano terra, ristorante interno ed esterno a bordo piscina. Tutti servono lo stesso menù ed il cibo è molto buono. Il ristorante esterno dispone anche di forno a legna ed ho preso più volte la pizza che è accettabile. Camere spaziose e moderne. Unica pecca il collegamento Wi-Fi che va e viene e la qualità del segnale non è ottimale. Il personale molto cortese è disponibile completa il giudizio favorevole sulla struttura. Consigliato

Completely renovated in the meantime and open since 1 July 2014. Nice rooms! Swimming area is also beautiful. Well located in Ouagadougou, green environment, 10 min drive from city centre. Staff do their utmost to accommodate your needs.

Very nice hotel. Very clean. Friendly staff. Little expansive food but it’s good. Did not get sick lol. It is an upscale hotel, one of the best in Ouagadougou. Good security that consists of several armed guards with constant roving patrol around the entire perimeter. High metal fences not easy to penetrate. Very nice pool and hot tub with tiki bar. Highly suggest staying at this hotel if you visiting Ouagadougou. I stayed there 3 weeks and it was very nice experience.

It is very good hotel ouaga Clean rooms Clean swimming pool Good Lunch But The Breakfast is not very good. You'll could not find a Lot of things to eat. Bar is not big and there is a Lot working call girl.

My stay in Sopatel hotel was pleasant. Hotel is clean, pool is wonderful and great gym Very ideal for business and Restuarant has simple but good menu. Room service is not available from 9 -1pm so if you feel for a snack you might have to be patient but overall good hotel.

Service is good though at times understaffed, particularly at the very nice and fairly inexpensive restaurant poolside. Pizzas are a good choice here. Pool is very nice and good for lap swimming. The hotel is also not far, (20 minutes by taxi) from the Artisanal Market, which is very good souvenir shopping. Hotel has re-done the Wifi since my last visit and it worked much better though was not really fast, still good. Breakfast is good here, I like the omelets.

I was there for 7 days in March 2016. Nice hotel with a great staff but the Wi-fi was very problematic and did not work. Breakfast was good, buffet style. Pool is also very nice and the Pizzas are good. Very good security. Check out was a problem since connectivity would not accept my Visa and the staff could not process my bill manually. Last negative, no gym or exercise area, very bad for my girlish figure.

... still leaves a lot to be desired. Mostly everything is “okay”. I have stayed a few times and will be trying something new next time. Great pool and outside patio though! Breakfast buffet is also fairly complete. They normally hire musicians at night as well to play by the outside dining/bar/pool area.

We were visiting Burkina Faso on a charity visit, and we needed a base which would provide us with reasonable accommodation, which was safe, and keep us healthy. This hotel is well placed to provide all of this, and we felt satisfied overall. The rooms were large and comfortable, with good air conditioning, which is essential for a good nights sleep when the outside temperatures are in the low 40's C. The food menu was fair, and it was possible to eat at the inside restaurant or the one by the pool. The pool was good, but a shortage of sunbeds at times was a bit frustrating, when visitors from outside the hotel had taken them all, as well as all the towels. But overall we had no complaints, and would certainly return.

The hotel is modern and fresh. My shower overflowed since the drain was clogged. My luggage was wet. No one seemed to care. They switched my room, but that was it. The new room was fine. The service is just horrible, but there are limited options so I recommend it.

Nice property but the beds are super hard (and made my hips hurt). I asked the receptionist about this and he said all beds are equally hard. Also, the pool was empty of water so it could not be used.

First time stayed in the hotel was few weeks ago and was not really happy with the service and room condition. There is no drinking water even 1 bottle in the room. The air condition was not working properly. The second time is not getting better but getting worst.
