Warm Wellcomed by professional team. Very clean room and bathrooms and overall hotel lobby and outside surroundings. Good car park space available Excellent breakfast with many varieties to choose from.. Receptions team very helpfully guided us through our stay and suggested with trips on our next destination…

Very disappointing stay . Air conditioning is not working its april already im staying there now im fasting and suppose to rest at hotel but im sweating and i tried to call all people here at reception no body helped. Problem that i will be stuck here until end of the week cause of work .

Make sure you get what you book! We have booked from their website, superior forest view room and they gave us standard parking view room. If we haven’t double check “after the unpacking” we wouldn’t know. Also the rate that we have booked from Radisson website is lower than what is given!!!! Such a hotel name wouldn’t expect to scam guests that way!! Shame

The room rate is very reasonable comparing to Sapança hotels. The location is excellent, 10 to 15 minutes to Sapança lake. The breakfast was superb! And the staff are the best, very cooperative and helpful. The rooms are in excellent shape, looks like a new hotel or recently renovated.

Very clean and wide rooms, caring and kind hospitality and great reataurant. Also the hotel is in a nice place. Its safe and quiet. Its also close to sakarya city center, sapanca and many great sightseeing. This is my second time in hotel and probably will come again.
