Hotel in zona Jewish Family Services of Ottawa, Ottawa

There are 2 things this hotel has going for it...the Koena Spa and Kota restaurant. Other than that, the property is tired and dated, and the staff is sp**** and unable to solve the simplest issues. I booked a weekend getaway for myself and 2 friend. We booked a suite with 2 queen beds for our stay and made reservations with Koena spa. This was a Saturday overnight stay. The room was satisfactory for our purposes however the hallways were dingy and the room doors all the way down the hallways were damaged and peeling. One of the elevators was not aligning on the floors so you had to be careful not to trip when stepping in or out. Also, the front desk staff was not super welcoming or engaging. I have stayed at several other Doubletree properties and there is usually a warm welcome (including warm cookies) and that was not the case at all at this location. The room itself was clean but dated circa early 2000s. I stayed at this hotel a decade ago when it was an independent property and the decor/furniture has not changed a bit. When we arrived back from dinner, neither tv worked in the suite. One didn't even have power. We tried to contact the front desk from the room phone several times with no answer. Finally, I went down to the desk and the desk agent had no idea what to do to help as she indicated the maintenance staff was gone for the day. She offered batteries for the remote, which was not the issue. She noted the room number and indicated someone would look at it the next day...we were only staying one night. The location is excellent due to the adjacent Koena Spa. A quick trip down the elevator and you are right there at the spa entrance. A relaxing experience spending the whole day in the hot-cold cycles. In the lobby, the Japanese fusion restaurant, Kota, is another bonus. Great food and service. The bartender was very engaging and fun and the wait staff was excellent. Delicious menu and a beautiful terrace overlooking the spa deck and sunset. Overall, the spa and restaurant balanced out the tired hotel and subpar service. If you can book a promo for $150 or less it's fine. Otherwise, I would look at an Ottawa hotel.

Grande, pulito, buona posizione, grande spazio

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel durante la nostra visita a Ottawa, sorprendentemente le camere sono tranquille. abbiamo avuto un letto matrimoniale di dimensioni gemelle che poteva adattare 4 persone. Ci era un frigo nella stanza, che è un bonus. Il letto era così comodo per me. La toletta era anche grande e la doccia era potente. La pulizia dell'hotel e della stanza era anche buona. Il personale dell'hotel era amichevole e accogliente. Sebbene, durante il check-in, ci fosse stato un errore da parte del ricevitore, abbiamo chiesto qualche mese fa una stanza di connessione, come viaggiava con la famiglia, ma poi lei darà la stanza di connessione ad un altro ospite solo 3 minuti dopo che arriviamo. Credo che sia l'unico posto in basso. C'era una piscina all'hotel, ma è anche in fase di rinnovamento. Ci è stato detto che possiamo usare la piscina degli hotel vicini come complimentare, che pochi isolati di distanza per camminare. Quindi non l'abbiamo usata. Per il colazione non è incluso nel prezzo, ma si può acquistare in hotel. Era in realtà un buon colazione e buon gusto. Ci era un bar all'hotel che vi consiglio di provare la birra canadese così fresco e buon gusto. I barman ci consigliano anche di visitare il nostro prossimo fermo. Io consiglio questo hotel, così vicino al parlamento e luoghi turistici di Ottawa. Sicuramente ritornerà qui nella nostra prossima visita.

L'hotel che è stato trasformato dalla vecchia casa ha un senso d'arte nel suo complesso, ma il profumo della nuova decorazione ha ancora un'eredità, che è preoccupato per la considerazione. La posizione geografica è conveniente, la stanza non è molto grande, e la sensazione di essere servita non è ovvia.

L'hotel è molto vecchio e mostra, ma la camera era molto piacevole e spaziosa e il letto era comodo. Mi piaceva che ci fosse una macchina per filtrare l'aria in camera e un'unità interna di AC, anche se non funzionava molto bene. C'era anche una macchina per il rumore bianco che era bella. Il bagno è super piccolo e l'unico disappunto durante il nostro soggiorno. Il personale era molto sollecitato e professionale. Non mi piaceva pagare per il parcheggio oltre il costo della stanza (cosa è una sorpresa), ma immagino che gli hotel in centro possano ordinare queste tariffe. In tutto un soggiorno molto piacevole, e mi prenoterei di nuovo se potessi fare un accordo attraverso Trip.com (rack rate è molto costoso).

Location was good for my purpose. Location is always subjective your needs. Breakfast above average for an included breakfast. Coffee tea and hot chocolate was available 24/7 in the reception area. Fast check-in and checkout. Staff was friendly and helpful.

I vantaggi sono buoni e vicini alla montagna del Congresso.L'hotel e le strutture della stanza sono troppo vecchie, le porte sono rotte e il giardino è anche giallo.La stanza è molto piccola, e il giardino gratuito è anche molto piccolo.Il livello nazionale complessivo di tre stelle.La stanza è molto scarsa e la ruota è molto guanciata. Non dovrebbe più vivere in futuro.

La sala e la cucina sono molto grandi, ci sono utensili da cucina e cibo, e se vuoi cucinare è molto conveniente.La piazza del ristorante del centro commerciale Redau accanto ha due riso e riso cinese, adatto per il tè cinese. Il paesaggio fuori finestra è anche buono. Passeggiare per più di mezz'ora al palazzo del governatore, andare alla montagna del Congresso per un minuto, non lontano da ogni attrazione, c'è un supermercato di loblaws a cinque minuti.L'unica svantaggio è passare la serata con un autobus, un po'solo timido.

Hotel di buo livello con personale di ricezione molto gentile e disponibile. Se siete in auto è una ottima soluzione per visitare Ottawa.

Tutto è stato grande in questo hotel.. personale straordinario che è amichevole e rende i clienti si sentono benvenuti.
