Hotel in zona All Saints Evangelical Lutheran Church, Ottawa

There are 2 things this hotel has going for it...the Koena Spa and Kota restaurant. Other than that, the property is tired and dated, and the staff is sp**** and unable to solve the simplest issues. I booked a weekend getaway for myself and 2 friend. We booked a suite with 2 queen beds for our stay and made reservations with Koena spa. This was a Saturday overnight stay. The room was satisfactory for our purposes however the hallways were dingy and the room doors all the way down the hallways were damaged and peeling. One of the elevators was not aligning on the floors so you had to be careful not to trip when stepping in or out. Also, the front desk staff was not super welcoming or engaging. I have stayed at several other Doubletree properties and there is usually a warm welcome (including warm cookies) and that was not the case at all at this location. The room itself was clean but dated circa early 2000s. I stayed at this hotel a decade ago when it was an independent property and the decor/furniture has not changed a bit. When we arrived back from dinner, neither tv worked in the suite. One didn't even have power. We tried to contact the front desk from the room phone several times with no answer. Finally, I went down to the desk and the desk agent had no idea what to do to help as she indicated the maintenance staff was gone for the day. She offered batteries for the remote, which was not the issue. She noted the room number and indicated someone would look at it the next day...we were only staying one night. The location is excellent due to the adjacent Koena Spa. A quick trip down the elevator and you are right there at the spa entrance. A relaxing experience spending the whole day in the hot-cold cycles. In the lobby, the Japanese fusion restaurant, Kota, is another bonus. Great food and service. The bartender was very engaging and fun and the wait staff was excellent. Delicious menu and a beautiful terrace overlooking the spa deck and sunset. Overall, the spa and restaurant balanced out the tired hotel and subpar service. If you can book a promo for $150 or less it's fine. Otherwise, I would look at an Ottawa hotel.

Location was good for my purpose. Location is always subjective your needs. Breakfast above average for an included breakfast. Coffee tea and hot chocolate was available 24/7 in the reception area. Fast check-in and checkout. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Ho aspettato che Glö mi avrebbe dato più di quanto non mi fosse stato dato, e ho scelto Glö come un ”trattamento” per un paio di giochi, perché era un hotel più nuovo e sembrava essere più saggio del prezzo normale. Pros: La camera da bagno era molto bella, e i bagni da bagno sono molto puliti. Le camere sono molto pulite. La materassi era molto comoda e la TV era una dimensione decente. Cons: le camere sono incredibilmente piccole e, mentre sono ben arredate, il piccolo sedile ”divano” era più forma che funzione (cioè più piacevole di quanto fosse comodo). Il personale del front desk sembrava molto nuovo e senza senso su elementi essenziali di ospite, come come lavorare la televisione in camera, e ha anche preso età per una risposta dal front desk su come lavorare la TV e la questione non è nemmeno risolta. Probabilmente non rimarrò qui, né consiglierei questo hotel a chiunque conosca, poiché ci sono così tanti hotel da scegliere a Kanata che offrono un servizio migliore, più conosciuto e migliore prezzo.

Ottawa Marriott Hotel è il luogo ideale per riposare, andare in vacanza con la vostra famiglia e godere della comoda posizione nel centro della città. Ho soggiornato con mia moglie per cinque notti su questa proprietà. In primo luogo, la posizione è ideale perché è nel centro della città. In secondo luogo, ci hanno offerto un buffet, incluso per essere un membro di diamanti, e un appetito nel ristorante durante le ore notturne, perché la sala era chiusa. In terzo luogo, la camera che abbiamo soggiornato era una suite, che era un'ottima opzione, poiché aveva due bagni e una camera da letto spaziosa con una bella vista. Si consiglia l'hotel non solo per quello che offre, ma anche per coloro che sono molto amichevoli, sempre felici e disposti ad aiutare. Samir Manhas, il manager dei servizi, ci ha fatto sentire benvenuti e a casa, quindi torneremo presto per passare un'altra volta in questo bel hotel.

overall stay was completely good but this building does not have free parking, they charge you 22 dollars for underground parking or outside parking as well and no security for car they said car parking is always at owner's risk. thats only a negative point otherwise room was clean, no disturbance, breakfast was good.

Stayed on a high floor in a large, quiet king room with comfortable bed. Staff was very friendly and professional. The kitchen was closed but they put out a plentiful continental breakfast buffet with real tablecloths & napkins and excellent coffee. Waiters working the room were so nice. Hotel has a doorman who will assist with a taxi. Elevators all working and fast. On the morning of the Ottawa Marathon they put out a table of water bottles, etc. for the runners with a sign, which was a nice touch.

La stanza è pulita, tranne lo spazio da tavola un po 'troppo piccolo. Il colazione è buono soprattutto le uova bollite che erano senza la coperta. Mi piace la varietà di caffè fornito: leggero, medio e forte. Ho preso la versione forte e ha un gusto molto buono anche senza zucchero e latte. La posizione è molto conveniente con un ampio parcheggio. Il personale è amichevole e utile

La stanza è pulita e pulita, il letto è molto comodo, il bagno è molto grande, il frigorifero a microonde è completo, l'esperienza è buona, la colazione è generalmente poca, non è deliziosa, il servizio di deposito bagagli è soddisfatto.
