Nice location to see beautiful Lake Biwa.

The hotel is very nice and has beautiful lake views and room is also big and nice. However the breakfast in 38Floor staff manager is not so nice and reject client where to sit even other side has many seats for available so I am writing here to tell hotel manager to improve this service attitudes which is not good 👊

Friendly and helpful staff. Having a high floor room will give an amazing view of Lake View and the snow capped mountains. The same views are available from the breakfast restaurants. Fireworks at around 7 pm is a brilliant bonus.

It was very easy to locate the tall hotel building after we drove into Biwa lake area. We liked the buffet breakfast on the top floor with a very peaceful lake view. There was a good variety of delicious food. This served a good start of our vacation.

Large and clean room with comfortable beds and a good view of the lake. Amenities were adequate. Good location with restaurants within walking distances.

A warm welcoming when arriving hotel with English speaking front desk facilitating check in. Spacious room with stunning lake view. There’re 3 venues for breakfast and lots of tasteful choice especially on the 37/F. Sufficient parking lots charging 500yen per day only! Must choose it again for next time visiting!

Good hygiene, large room, have shuttle bus to the JR Station. But no Onsen, no spa.

Clean and very friendly hotel. We asked the concierge to help us to book the beef restaurant because of the language issue and they were very professional and helpful. Gave us lots of info and directions. All rooms face the Lake Biwa and thus have a great view.

Nice room with Great Lake views and lots of space which you can open your luggage anywhere which this is very rare for most of the hotel in Japan. The room is very clean and tidy and staff were nice. Will definitely come back again. Thank you!

The Prince Hotel in Biwako is a place where a traveler can relax entirely. The lake-view room is nowhere one can compare. I feel owning the whole lake scene when sitting by the wide picturistic window from the 11th floor and sipping a cup of green tea. From frontdesk to suttle bus drivers, all staff speak English and are so helpful. The suttle service running twice an hour betwwen the hotel and the train station is a saving of taxi fare. The lobby at the entrance is so spaciously open that one can sit in an armchair at a corner and will not feel uncomfortable albeit facing a big group of travelers around. I will stay here again when I visit Kansai area next time. James
