The experience was great. Staff are friendly and nice. Breakfast and dinner provided are sumptuous. They provide shuttle bus services connecting to various JR stations so no need take taxi at all.

Spacious room with all necessary amenities. Very friendly staff with professional service. Both breakfast and dinner are perfect. The outdoor onsen is perfect.

性價比不高，周邊也比較荒涼，3000元一晚和我想象的度假酒店差距還是很大，可能是期望值太高了。晚餐麼也就那樣，但本地日本住客户們還是蠻多，不知道是不是當地人預訂會便宜點，還是他們都有車出入方便，個人不推薦來旅遊的人居住。

직원분이 한국어 잘 하셔서 일본어 못 해도 문제 없어요. 엄청 친절합니다. 다만 침대 아래로 나무 판자 같은게 나와 있다는 점이 조금 불편해요.

교토역에서 전철 한번에 가서 셔틀버스를 타고 들어가서 어렵지 않게 갈수 있었고 직원들도 친절했어요. 석식과 조식도 만족스러웠어요. 온천도 즐기고 재미있는 시간이었습니다.

酒店地處旅館度假區，周邊餐館、便利店和公交站點一應俱全，退房時提供的酒店至車站的接送車服務也非常便捷。酒店內部和客房的環境非常舒適優雅，一進房間就給人非常放鬆和愜意的感覺，該酒店的温泉也非常有特色，特別是幾個露天的温泉場所在夜間前往浸泡的同時還能欣賞到當地的夜景和天上的明月，加上設施中的園景和小木屋更是極具意境感，要是屋檐下和樹枝上的蜘蛛網能清理一下就更好了。酒店安排的早餐也是觀賞性和口感性俱佳，如有機會入住的話務必選擇含早服務。
