Our 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home is perfectly equipped for a relaxing and fun getaway, year round! On the main upper level you will find two cozy bedrooms, one with a king bed and smart TV and the other with a queen bed. The kitchen is fully equipped for all your cooking and baking needs. This space boasts an inviting living room with a large brick natural gas fireplace and a large Smart TV. Beautiful views of the wooded property can be seen from the living room and dining area or you can step out onto the expansive deck to enjoy the sights and sounds of nature. A cozy fire pit can be found in the backyard for more outdoor fun!On the lower level, enjoy a spacious family room with a freestanding natural gas fireplace, a foosball table, smart TV, and a game table for playing poker and various board games for endless hours of fun. This level features a large third bedroom with two full beds and a sit to stand desk with a large monitor and keyboard/mouse if you need to work remote. Both levels feature a full bathroom stocked with shampoo, conditioner and body wash for your convenience. A laundry room is located in the lower level - laundry detergent, iron and ironing board provided. Our guests have access to the Michaywe Clubhouse which includes a sauna, an indoor pool and hot tub (open Sept-May), and an outdoor pool (open Memorial Day-Labor Day). Relax at our beautiful, completely remodeled cottage on Lake Marjory in Frederic, MI. Located between Grayling and Gaylord on a beautiful private lake. It is at the end of a dead end road so it is very quiet/private with no through traffic. It has 2 bedrooms each with 1 full size bed and one bathroom with a shower. There is heat/AC, a kitchenette with a microwave, coffee pot, fridge, and a toaster oven with 2 hot plates. We provide 2 flat bottom fishing boats, 1 kayak, fishing poles/ tackle, private dock, large yard, fire-pit, chairs, & grill! We provide everything you may need during your stay- linens, kitchen dishes and silverware, towels, etc. There is not a washer or dryer in the cottage, but there is a laundromat in both Grayling and Gaylord. We also don’t provide high speed internet or TV, but there is a smart TV and a DVD player. Large dining room table plus a large picnic table on the deck overlooking Heart Lake. Heart Lake is about 63 acres with a maximum depth of 123 feet. It holds a healthy population of rainbow trout, bass, northern pike and perch. It is an all sports lake with a no wake from 7:30 pm until 11:30 am. It has a public launch.The house is located just over one tenth of a mile from snowmobile trail 7 which is one of the main trails that connect with hundreds of miles of other trails. A beautiful 3 Bedroom 2 Bath Chalet sits in a peaceful secluded neighborhood in the highly regarded Michaywe community. The house is newly decorated and ready to welcome you and your family. The property sits on a double lot with a lot of nice views from the large windows and deck. The high cathedral ceilings are also a site to take in. The location is also just 15 minutes out of downtown Gaylord and close to many attractions all year round.The spaceThis Chalet it sits on top of a hill, in a neighborhood that provides a secluded feeling, but close enough to your neighbors. The house has a two car garage and a full wrap around deck. As you enter the property using the smart lock on the front door, you will see the high cathedral ceilings and large windows. There is a roomy sectional sofa and a 75 inch TV on the main floor. On the right of the sectional is also a gas fireplace for those cold nights.Past the sofa, you will enter a fully equipped Kitchen and dining area. Right behind the dining table is a sliding glass door that leads to the wrap around deck, with patio furniture and a gas grill. The front of the house there is also a firepit. There is also additional parking for large vehicles or trailers on the property.Back inside on the main floor there is a bedroom with a Queen bed, and another room with 2 twin beds and 2 twin trundle beds with both having room darkening shades. On the upstairs floor is the master, which features a King bed with high vaulted ceilings, with a master bath attached, with a large tub. All rooms feature side table lamps with 3 USB ports and outlets for all your electronics.In the basement there is also two sofas with a 65 inch TV and a gas fireplace. Both TV's include Netflix and Amazon Prime, additionally they are smart TV's that can support other apps. Time at the lake is for relaxing, not worrying. We have been cleaning here for many years. This year we are doing things differently. The most important things are:1) All staff will complete the Health Department required CDC paperwork before every clean. No one will work if they are not well. 2) Our staff will wear clean/new gloves, masks, and foot covers for every cleaning job. We will use new/ clean ( in hottest water possible) cleaning tools for every cleaning job. 3) We will use the recommended 2 step cleaning, then disinfecting process, allowing enough time for the disinfectant to work. 4) All laundry will be washed in the hottest water possible.
