Wildwood Cottages

Had a visit to Wildwood Cottages in the winter and enjoyed the outdoor rink they make. Such a cozy and comfortable cottage with everything you would need ! It was such beautiful view in the winter I can only imagine the gorgeous views in the summer. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a nice getaway ! Will definitely be back !

Wildwood Cottages is a great spot! The owners Rebecca and Jamie were awesome to deal with. Our visit was in winter the kids loved their outdoor rink so much. You walk right out the back of your cottage to the water. Cottages are so cute with beautiful views and the hottubs are nice touch! Now we want to go back this summer to try out all their cool water trampolines and slides! Thanks again guys.

We went fishing for the first time on Otonabee River and had a great time. The man helped us get the boat going, explained how to use it and directed us very well. He was very personable and because of that we will be back. Plus we got a 37” pike - my first pike ever!!!!

I highly recommend Wildwood Cottages! The property is beautiful and meticulously maintained. The owners and staff are so welcoming. There is so much to do there! The location is only about 1 hour from Toronto and it is located on a river. It’s quiet and peaceful. They also offer sunset boat cruises and boat rentals! Oh… and don’t forget to try the ice cream nachos!

Had the best time! The place is a like a secret little gem! We will be back again for sure! Not only is the location convenient to Toronto for us (it took us around 1 hour and 20 minutes) but we never had to leave once we arrived. They had everything. We brought our food and blankets and basically didn’t have to drive for a week because anything we needed they had. We could paddle or lay on the beach. We even rented a pontoon the one day. Was a vacation our family will never forget. The family that runs it was so easy to deal with and accommodating which made it that much more special. Our kids even became friends. Cannot wait to come back to Wildwood!

We spent a week in August at Wildwood Cottage, and it was an unforgettable experience. The owners were incredibly welcoming and always eager to help. I witnessed the owner, Jamie, assisting guests with a variety of tasks, making everyone feel right at home. The fishing was top-notch, with excellent opportunities to catch bass, walleye, and even muskies, whether you prefer casting from the shore or heading out on a boat. For those who enjoy a more relaxed day, the resort's private beach is perfect for lounging, kayaking, or taking a refreshing swim in the lake. Overall, the service was exceptional, and the beautiful surroundings made it a perfect getaway. Highly recommended!
