Monte Baia Uludağ - Full Board Plus

I recently stayed at this ski resort for the second time, and I’m pleased to say that my experience this time was far more enjoyable than my first. Initially, I was a bit hesitant after my first visit, but after speaking with Miss Asena over the phone, she was so helpful and convincing that I decided to give it another chance—and I’m really glad I did. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted by Mr. Caner, who made sure everything was taken care of so that we could receive our room as quickly as possible. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and spoke excellent English, which was especially helpful since my partner doesn’t speak Turkish. Our room was clean, cozy, and well-heated—perfect for a winter getaway. A particularly thoughtful touch was Miss Asena’s personal attention to our stay. She found time to meet us at the reception, which made us feel incredibly welcomed. She took the time to ensure everything was going smoothly and that we were comfortable, which made a real difference in our experience. It's rare to encounter such personal care from hotel staff, and we truly appreciated it. On our last day, we had the pleasure of meeting Miss Berfin, who works in customer satisfaction. She was very kind and friendly, and we were happy to share our fresh feedback with her. Her approach was professional yet warm, and we really appreciated her dedication to ensuring guests have the best possible experience. The restaurant staff also deserves a mention. Special thanks to Yakup and Hüseyin for their exceptional service. They were always smiling, greeting us with a warm "welcome" or "good evening," and ensuring our drinks were served promptly after water. We really appreciated their attentiveness, and it was also great to see English-speaking staff members in the restaurant, which made everything even more seamless. The spa was a great way to unwind after a day on the slopes, and the ladies there were incredibly kind and welcoming. One memorable moment I’ll never forget was when my hair got tangled inside my ski helmet and became a mess. The girls in the spa not only helped me detangle it with a brush, but one of them even shared her own hair repair spray and made sure my hair looked great again. That small act of kindness truly touched my soul and made me feel so cared for. I gave them some American chocolates, ai wish I could do more!🫶🏻 A special mention also goes to the hotel’s photographer—his service truly made the trip unforgettable. He was respectful, friendly, and made our photo session a fun and memorable experience. I honestly can’t imagine this trip being as perfect without the beautiful photos we purchased from him—they really captured the essence of our stay. Otherwise, we honestly wouldn’t have any!🙏🏻 One minor downside was the timing of the live music—it started around 21:30, which was a bit late for us, so we missed it after returning to our rooms. We went to Monte Baia with NK tours. It was a holiday we will never forget. Thank you. The Hotel was very good and staff was very friendly and helpful. The food was delicious and different every day and local products. And this thanks to NKtours Belgium. Thank you NKtours Belgium.

Does not worth the money!!! The place is not clean! The plates in the buffet were dirty (literally 3 out of 4 plates were with leftovers of food!) and they also didn’t wash fruits they were serving. I was shocked to be honest. When I did point out this to the manager in the buffet, he became annoyed and started going back at me instead of listening and responding properly. For them to take action I was sent first to reception, then reception send me to guest relations manager to report the issue. To be fair to them, they have tried to start washing things after my complaints. I was getting dirty plates in the buffet less often. They have never apologized. There were also problems with room cleaning and other things as well, but I wasn’t in the mood to spoil my vacation further by spending lots of time talking to them and bringing their attention to these issues, as they were not genuinely interested in improving themselves. In short, my take on this place is that it was probably ok many years ago whenever they have initially opened, but the hotel is now old and dirty. Half of the facilities don’t work and they need to invest into the place, but they won’t. Same goes for the service - half of people we were dealing with were ok, while the other half were unprofessional and not helpful. They pretend to listen and care while you can feel that they are only annoyed if you point out to any issues and/or make them work. We were paying 500€ per night and this definitely does not worth it. Regardless the price, I would not want to return there.

We had a comfortable, leisurely stay at the hotel. The rooms were spacious and well-kept. The resort has plenty of facilities for both children and adults. The staff were exceptionally friendly and cooperative. We enjoyed our stay thoroughly.

We had an excellent time the front desk staff were very helpful so were the overall team. The rooms were spacious, clean with all what is expected from a resort hotel. The third floor had a gaming area for the children and by about 12 am there was a musical program. The package was full board and all the bouffe was excellent.

The hotel is cosy with all necessary amenities. Staff is friendly and it is located in proximity of the teleferik. Supermarket, coffeeshops and other shops are within walking distance. The full board food was nice with a variety of choices.
