"Consigliata dai clienti, la posizione è molto buona, proprio nel centro della città, ma è lontana dall'aeroporto, più di 50 chilometri, e il taxi costa più di 1000 corone norvegesi. Se ci sono meno persone, si può prendere il treno, il cui costo è di 25 euro a persona. Ci vogliono circa 15 minuti a piedi dalla fermata del Museo Nazionale; ogni giorno viene fornita acqua frizzante gratuita in camera, ma non è presente il bollitore; l'hotel ha un'atmosfera culturale più classica; la colazione è troppo ricca, anche il caffè è delizioso e ci sono tre tipi di salmone, tutti molto buoni; ma la serratura della porta è troppo avanzata e non ne sono stato informato in anticipo, quindi ho dormito con la porta aperta per due notti. Quando esco, devo passare la tessera della stanza per chiuderla, e quando entro, devo premere un pulsante e sentire un clic per chiuderla."

"Truly one of the best hotel stays I have ever experienced. The hotel staff went above and beyond to ensure we were well accommodated and comfortable throughout. When we arrived at the hotel it was 11AM, so I mentioned to the front desk staff that I know it was far too early for us to receive our room (check in is typically at 3PM) and that we would like to simply drop off our bags. Without any special requests, the front desk staff immediately prepared our room keys of us to check in right away, which was hugely appreciated since we had caught a very early morning flight in. We loved the room. It was very comfortable for the 3 of us, although a bit tight but that's what we expected for hotel rooms in Europe. The bathroom was well fitted and had all the basic toiletries required (shampoo, body wash, hand soap), however we hoped to have body lotion as well, so we asked housekeeping whether any was available and they immediately brought 3 LARGE bottles for each of us to use. I have never seen such massive toiletries and in such generous quantities supplied at any hotel before, which again made us feel very well taken care of. Finally on our check out day our flight was not until 6PM and since checkout is typically at 11AM I requested for just a 1 hr extension. Although they were very busy for it being the beginning of summer holidays, without any hesitation the front desk staff extended our checkout time to 3PM. I was once again very pleasantly surprised and appreciative. My last note is to touch on the complimentary tea and coffee always available in the lobby, as well as the fabulous buffet breakfast they served. Cannot recommend this hotel enough!"

"Located right next to the Central station, which was a massive lifesaver for us with 4 pieces of luggage on icy snowy road.
We were able to check in earlier than 3pm and were quickly greeted with a clean and spacious room, complete with all basic amenities that you would expect to be provided including a kettle.
Another highlight was the breakfast, with a wide range of options including gluten free and vegetarian / vegan options all clearly labelled. They also have takeaway cups for coffee to go.
All in all, would recommend this to anyone who's having a short stay in Oslo that appreciates the convenient location and decent breakfast."

UUtente ospiteUna bella stanza, ma ha avuto una serie di disappuntamenti.
Gli ospiti dell'hotel devono pagare un supplemento giornaliero per utilizzare le piscine E prenotare a tempo determinato. Ero in una stanza premium, ma questa politica si applica a tutti gli ospiti, che penso sia terribile. Ero anche impossibile ottenere una nomina di spa durante il mio soggiorno. Zero preferito dato agli ospiti dell'hotel. Vi suggerisco di prenotare i trattamenti di spa almeno una settimana prima della vostra arrivo.Inoltre, non c'è servizio di turndown, insolito per un hotel a 5* a prezzi elevati. La custodia di casa si conclude molto presto, o non è interessato agli ospiti che non si allineano al loro calendario. Ho dovuto lavorare nella mia stanza, ma ho lasciato alle 2:45 e non è stato pulito nonostante segnala la stanza necessaria per la preparazione. La squadra di accoglienza era gentile, ma caotica. In generale, i ristoranti dell'hotel sembrano più concentrati sulla catering all'esterno, che è una vergogna.

Ma tutto il resto è buono!
Il servizio del ristorante è molto bello.
La stanza non è grande, ma è molto pulita (tenete presente che portate la vasca e i trasportatori, non ci sono forniture in Europa settentrionale)
La colazione è uno dei punti luminosi qui. Le uova Om sono miste di patate che meritano di provare. Gli altri gusti sono anche molto buoni e ricchi!E non molto ricci.Dio sa che sto per essere ucciso in Norvegia
La posizione geografica è anche molto buona. Passeggiare alla stazione ferroviaria per cinque minuti, accanto a Monke e Opera.
C'è anche un negozio di latte giapponese vicino ～
Insomma, è una buona scelta

조조형훈Tutto è lì tranne ciò che non c'è. Se la stanza è vuota, puoi effettuare il check-in anticipato e depositare i bagagli. La camera non dispone di frigorifero, ma nella hall è disponibile un frigorifero in comune. Nella hall troverete anche un distributore automatico e un forno a microonde. Si trova a 5 minuti a piedi dalla stazione di Oslo e anche le principali attrazioni turistiche sono raggiungibili a piedi. Anche il tram numero 12, diretto al Parco Vigeland, ferma proprio accanto all'hotel. Ho intenzione di tornarci. Lo consiglio come hotel dall'ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo.

UUtente ospiteThe location was conveniently close to major sites like Oslo's Central station and all the attractions in Karl Johan's Gate. We could see both the Oslo Opera House, Munch Museum and Oslofjord from our room's window. It is a short walk to many good restaurants, cafes and shops as well as some convenience stores. The area is pretty walkable but you just have to watch out for uneven pavement. Bus 30 has a stop right in front of the hotel and many of the museums worth making a trip out of the city centre for are on this route.
The ”barception” combines both a bar and a reception area. There is plenty of seating in the lobby which also functions as the breakfast area in the morning. The reception desk also has a small convenience store where you can purchase snacks, drinks and some sandwiches but it is a little bit pricier than the nearby convenience stores and supermarkets. Reception staff were welcoming and friendly during our stay and we visited a few times and received information and assistance quickly. We were initially worried because there was only one working elevator during our stay but that was only an issue a couple of times.
We liked our room with the furnishings provided but would say it is very dim. We got a corner room which had a work space, a bench by the window, a chair and a good sized bed. We appreciated that there were several coat hooks on the walls to hang our winter clothing on when we visited. The hotel promotes sustainability throughout and while the lighting is perfect in the hallways and common areas we found our three small lights and two bedside lamps did not provide enough lighting in the evening which comes early in December. The TV was a big flat screen but unfortunately the smart features were disabled and the programming available is a little dry at this hotel.
The amenities at the hotel are sufficient but I booked believing that there would be laundry facilities on site which there isn't. They recommended going to a sister property which was about a 10-15 minute walk away and online had one laundry machine and we were lucky not to have to wait long to get it done. Kettles and extra pillows are available upon request.
Our favourite part of the bathroom was the heated floor which made the bathroom nice and cozy. The shower had swinging doors on both sides which helped open up the space when it wasn't in use but it didn't provide a perfect seal to keep the water in during a shower. Thankfully the heated floor helped evaporate the overflow quickly. The shower pressure was good but it was initially tricky to get the right temperature. We appreciated that there was plenty of counter space in the bathroom which made up for the lack of ventilation so use the toilet wisely.
The breakfast was pretty good. There was a good variety of hot and cold items including smoked salmon, pancakes, chia seed cups, overnight oats, scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, cheese and an area to make your own yoghurt bowl with toppings. They also had a tea/coffee area with plenty of additives like non-sugar sweeteners and creamed honey. We liked the fruit platters but found by the time we went they were largely picked over and they were the less desirable pieces leftover. We started each of our days off right with a decent breakfast each morning.
Comfort Hotel has seemingly taken over Oslo in this area and there are quite a few locations. We picked this hotel because it was pretty central for our itinerary, was fairly priced and it has decent sized rooms.

Una volta all'interno abbiamo notato il grande segno in cucina di lasciare una finestra aperta durante la cucina. La mattina dopo tutti gli allarme antincendio nella sezione dell'hotel sono usciti. Forse una finestra chiusa da qualche parte. L'allarme non poteva essere chiuso, quindi abbiamo evacuato con i bagagli come molti altri. Suppongo che ciò debba accadere spesso a causa della prominenza del segno.
L'esperienza non è buona e è un grande esempio di tecnologia che rende la vita più difficile. La ricerca di rimuovere le persone dal lavoro di ospite riduce l'aspetto di ospite. Non lascia alcuna riserva, tranne per le scuse insensibili, inutili e irresponsabili.
Le carenze nelle comunicazioni e l'intrusione di allarme sono gravi carenze infrastrutturali.
Non sarei rimasto lì.

UUtente ospiteEl hotel està genial ubicado, muy cerca del centro pero un poco apartado del bullicio. Se encuentra cerca de la ópera y de la estación central.
Los trabajadores son muy muy amables, la comida que sirven está muy buena y me encantó que pudiéramos coger tés y café siempre que quisiéramos, incluso para llevar.
La habitación sí que es cierto que es pequeña, y el baño es minúsculo, pero para dormir y darnos una ducha era suficiente. Estaría bien actualizar los televisores, ya que no puedes conectar ninguna aplicación, pero vaya eso no es primordial. Las camas muy cómodas, las almohadas se podrían mejorar, pero en general nuestra estancia ha sido genial.

La prima volta è arrivata più di 9 a.m. domenica. Pensavo che non potessi stare in anticipo. Non ci aspettavo che ci fossero quattro camere vuote. È davvero una pioggia in tempo per noi dopo il volo a lungo termine.Due notti connesse questa volta, la camera è grande e ha una macchina da caffè! Non c'è problema tranne che i singoli bicchieri non sono puliti e il calore non è abbastanza!Ma la seconda volta che si ferma, la stanza che si dà è più piccola, non c'è macchina da caffè, ma non importa se viviamo una notte! L'unico problema è che il fiore della camera di raffreddamento non è molto buono, ma è molto facile accumulare acqua!Il riscaldamento non è ancora ～ altra posizione dell'hotel non deve essere detto, vicino alla linea 4.5 della metropolitana!C'è un supermercato domestico vicino alla linea 4.5, operato fino alle 23:00

SShauna McFaulFor our stay, we booked a studio apartment at The Sweet. The room was lovely and kitchenette was well-equipped. We were able to cook meals there over the days of Christmas when most restaurants and shops were closed. The location is a little outside of the center- nice and quiet but easy to access public transit.
My biggest issue with this hotel was that communication was very… odd. As the booking notes, I called the hotel in advance to schedule my check-in. When my call was answered, I told them who I was and that I was calling to schedule my check in (for a time when the booking said check in is available). I was told no one would be at reception at that time (3pm on Dec 23) and they would text me instructions for how to check myself in. Then she confirmed my phone number and asked for my email address, but when I started to give it, she said, “oh, that’s ok. We can’t use email anyway”. Odd. Before getting off the phone, I had her confirm that I would receive a text the next day with instructions to check in.
Our train arrived around 2pm in Oslo and we still hadn’t received a text, so we waited at the train station thinking perhaps they would send the text right at 3pm since that was the time I had requested. At 3, I still hadn’t received anything, so we called the hotel again. A different employee answered from the one I had spoken to the day before. I gave my name and explained that I was calling because I had scheduled check in the day before but hadn’t received the information to check in. The employee asked where I was and told me that there were people staffing reception to help us check in, which I thought was odd because the previous employee told me no one would be there. When we got to the hotel, we rang the bell and got into the building, but reception is apparently in the basement- there is only a very tiny sign that says this- so we missed it and I called them again. A man came up with our keys and got us set to go.
We got into our room and it was lovely! About 5 hours later, I got a call from Trip saying that the hotel is trying to contact me because they are wondering why I hadn’t checked in and they don’t have a way to get in touch with me. I was sitting in the hotel room when I got this call. I told the Trip representative that I was checked in and it was fine for her to give my phone and email to the hotel.
I know the communication elements have taken up a huge portion of my review and I know they are not the end of the world, but I want to share them because I believe it would be quite simple to avoid situations like this in the future and make the guest experience that much more pleasant at The Sweet.
We greatly enjoyed our stay at the hotel overall and thoroughly enjoyed exploring Oslo!

VVeraViktoalbergo self-service espresso. situato vicino alla parte centrale della città, ma non in centro. alla stazione ferroviaria 15 minuti a piedi, al terrapieno 20 minuti a piedi, alle fermate dei mezzi pubblici - 10 minuti a piedi. la stanza è piccola ma adeguata. Mi è piaciuto il fatto che nel seminterrato ci sia una grande stanza: tè e caffè, posate, forno a microonde, lavatrici. potrai cucinare e scaldarti il cibo in ogni momento della giornata, fare il bucato, aspettare il tuo volo e rilassarti con early booking o late check-out. anche deposito bagagli.
