Hotel was nice. Could use some cleaning in some areas. Used a towel to mop up water in bathroom floor in room and the towel came up dirty. Some trash in the parking lot that was there for a few hours and not picked up. One employee did great for the morning breakfasts. Would have been helpful to have more than one helping her. There was an issue with our toilet (and one in the room next to us) being clogged. A little surprised they didn’t have a maintenance person on staff. They gave us a plunger to do it ourselves. Overall it was a nice place to stay. Would stay there again as it was near a lot of shops, restaurants and easy access to the highways.

Overall stay was nice. Staff seemed to have better things to do rather than check us in or out, but the ladies helping with breakfast were very nice. There were many things out or broken during breakfast, but we were still able to have a decent meal. Pool is very small, but clean. No hot tub. Would come back again!

This hotel has great potential. The front desk and breakfast associates are very nice and helpful. There wasn’t any house keeping. They claimed “light touch, but there was no touch house keeping.

Looked newer, but the rooms looked beat up already. Safe wouldnt work and no one during the 2nd shift knew how to fix it. Shower floor extremely slippery

Bathroom floor was dirty. Walls very thin, we heard the man next door coughing and talking on the phone in the morning.

The pool which was going to be the centerpiece if our stay was broken, lobby tables plied with towels and linens, vestibule bet we been entry doors was filthy (very bad first impression) staff was nice. I would truly like a partial refund since I paid for a huge amenity (the pool) that we could not use.

The property was well maintained and everything was clean and I enjoyed my stay also the room I rented for an event that I had. The only thing that I really did not like was that after spending all that money at the property they did not allow me to have a late check out when I was there

Good location. Bathrooms were not cleaned well - had to switch rooms at check-in. Replacement hand towels were dirty. No presence at check-in desk.

I have had great experiences with Holiday Inn Express hotels, however, this one was not up to par. The room had obvious defects in the actual construction (i.e. HUGE gap in the main door, wallpaper bubbles in the bathroom, gaps between the baseboards and wall). But the main thing that unsettled me was the cleanliness of the bathroom. The splatters and obvious dirt smears on the floor was a little alarming. I also wish that cleaning staff would look at the walls. There are splatters of unknown substance on the walls of the bathroom and directly beside the bed. The condition of this property reminds me more of a Motel 6 or Red Roof Inn kind of standard.
