Hotel in zona Memorial Park, Oshawa

Abbiamo celebrato l'anniversario del nuovo anno in questa zona. L'hotel era bello. La strada era pulita e luminosa. La stanza era pulita e aveva un'area di soggiorno separata. Il personale era amichevole. Ci ritroveremo per il nostro prossimo viaggio.

Siamo rimasti qui per evitare di rimanere nel centro di Toronto e ottenere un po 'di valore migliore per i soldi. Ero a 10 minuti a piedi dalla stazione GoTrain per un giro di 10 dollari (1h) alla stazione Union. Questa è una opzione fattibile per evitare di guidare nel centro di Toronto. Ci sono diversi ristoranti in cammino e un breve viaggio anche. Check-in è stato fantastico e veloce con un bel dipendente che erano fantastici. Infatti, abbiamo lasciato la nostra macchina laggiu' per il giorno prima di check-in quella notte, e non hanno avuto problemi. Noi diremmo certamente che i dipendenti con cui interagiamo erano di prima classe. Avevamo una bella stanza sul secondo piano e era pulita e confortevole. Evidentemente è stata recentemente ristrutturata. Ci siamo addormentati di notte. Anche la sala da pranzo è stata pulita, mantenuta e una buona selezione di cibo che si vede normalmente in un Holiday Inn Express. Questa sarà una scelta la prossima volta che saremo in campo.

I have stayed here 3 times for business and have found it to be perfect. Easy to access coming from Toronto airport and working in Whitby. It is always clean and the staff are lovely. The hot breakfast is perfect to start the day. The rooms are spacious enough to work and relax. Highly recommend.

Il controllo era facile. Il personale era molto amichevole e utile e paziente. C’era una linea per il controllo e i due signori sul desk si accorse rapidamente e erano amici a tutti. La stanza era molto pulita e i letti erano uno dei letti più confortevoli che ho dormito in un hotel. Mi ribookerò qui senza esitazione!!

La mia prima visita. Posizione, strutture, pulizia, colazione servita, così bello come le recensioni leggi da internet prima di scegliere questo hotel. Il tè, il caffè, il cioccolato caldo è fornito. Il parcheggio è buono e vicino. Il colazione è particolarmente grande, ma senza rulli di canapa di firma, si sente un po' deluso.Il personale in zona di ricezione e colazione è bello (con faccia sorridente) ed efficiente, pulire responsabilmente le tavole e anche CASA con disinfettante. I clienti sono anche molto cooperativi nel rimpatriare piatti e utensili usati, davvero sorprendente. Piscina e tubo caldo è pulito, vedendo un membro del personale riempire i bianchi e raccogliere un barile di quelli usati. L'hotel non è rumoroso, ha avuto un buon sonno. In generale, è molto positivo, apprezzato per il soggiorno di denaro.

Good clean hotel, what stood out to us was how friendly the staff were, rooms are clean and provide everything you need. the pool is very small and shallow, would be great for a few kids, but not good for adults looking to relax after driving. the breakfast is the main complaint I had, it is very limited,with premade cheese omelets, that I can’t imagine anyone liking, and the cheapest yogurt, at the prices the budget hotels are charging now, wish they would spend a couple more dollars per person to offer better food.

Multiple issues right from check in and throughout the remainder of our stay. I booked a room with 2 queen beds for 2 adults and 2 children (both under the age of 6). We ended up also having to bring our youngest daughter as well who is almost 3 yrs old, not knowing there was a max occupancy of 4 per room. When I told the front desk i had a 3,4 and 5 yr old with us they immediately said they couldn't allow us to have the 2 adults plus 3 children in 1 room. Given the ages of the children I thought it was ridiculous that a 3 yr old would even count as an additional guest. I was told I must get a 2nd room to accommodate us and they didn't have any adjoining rooms available. I asked to speak with a manager as I was not paying an extra $150 for another room that we wouldn't even use just because I had no choice but to bring our 3 yr old child. I wasn't allowed to speak with the manager all I was told was that it was policy and nobody could change that. This was extremely poor customer service in my opinion. After driving hours to get there and being told this information I was extremely upset. After arguing for a while in front of my children the front desk finally agreed to just allow it but for an additional $50 charge which I had already asked him to do and he said no. I had no choice but to agree at that point as we had nowhere else to stay for the night. We got put room keys and discovered we were in the 1st room next to the front lobby, vending machine, and laundry room. All noisy areas to have 3 young children (1 of which is autistic) sleeping but I accepted it and didn't want to ask for another room. When I got into the room I discovered we had absolutely no towels, cloths etc. So I went to ask someone in the housekeeping area for some towels, I was told my daughter took them all which was not true at all. I told them I checked into the room 5 minutes ago and there were none in there and my 3 and 4 yr old have not taken anything. The man seemed annoyed and gave me 2 towels....again I needed more than that but did not complain. We went about our evening and took the kids swimming only to discover there were no towels in the pool area and since we only had 2 in our room we needed more so I had to go back to housekeeping and ask for 3 towels. They still didn't fill the towels up on the pool deck for other guests. We had a terrible sleep because the walls are paper thin and could hear everything above us and beside us, including the laundry shoot.

L'hotel è nuovo, la zona di Toronto è anche un hotel di lusso. La decorazione è molto buona. Ci sono grandi ordini di cibo 24 ore. Ci sono ristoranti cinesi e occidentali. La chiave è deliziosa
