Hotel in zona Umeda, Osaka

We got a great deal with Trip and stayed on the Club floor for 2 nights. The hotel entrance was a bit hard to find when you are walking through the mall. Checked in at the Club floor and it was very efficient. Room was very spacious and very clean. Club floor experience was excellent with breakfast, afternoon tea and evening cocktails. We had particularly good experience with the afternoon cocktails as they made lots of different ones for us that was not the standard menu.

Very nice hotel! The staff are very professional and nice. The hotel is in business area. The streets near the hotel are very clean.

Sono rimasto sorpreso da quanto fosse grande la porta dell'autobus/della toilette😳 È stato fantastico che fornissero abbigliamento da camera (?) Per il letto nella stanza ✨️ Anche la zona bagno/toilette era più grande e più bella di quanto mi aspettassi✨️ Ero grato che il bagno avesse il controllo della temperatura 🥹💕 Il sapone per le mani in bagno ha un profumo davvero buono👍🏻 Dovresti assolutamente usarlo una volta ✌🏻🤍 Non preoccuparti se dimentichi il tuo asciugamano da bagno (*´꒳`*) Il posto era difficile da trovare, ma anche l'esterno è bellissimo ✨️ I dipendenti della reception sono stati gentili e mi hanno dato una buona impressione✌🏻💛 Vorrei usarlo di nuovo 💫 #Viaggio di laurea #Elenco consigliati #Osaka

The location of the hotel is perfect! It's just 10minutes walk to the osaka castle. And there's a big mall just opposite to the hotel, You can just shop there and put stuff back to hotel very conveniently. I booked a 3-bed room which is a bit crowded for three adult. But i think the room is big enough if you are booking for 2ppl only. Also the breakfast is 100/100!!!!!! I woke up earlier every day just for the breakfast!

L'hotel è situato nel mezzo di due stazioni della metropolitana. È lontano dalla stazione Honmachi della linea rossa. Ci vogliono circa cinque o sei minuti a piedi. È vicino alla stazione Kiesuji Honmachi della linea gialla e della linea verde. Tuttavia, è difficile per i bagagli di grandi dimensioni e non c'è l'ascensore. Il punto forte dell'hotel è che la camera ha una lavatrice con asciugatrice e un forno a microonde Haier che possono essere lavati e asciugati due carichi al giorno, il che è fantastico👍. La sala non è troppo piccola e può ospitare un box da 29 e da 24. Anche il bollitore per l'acqua calda è un punto forte. Quello di Bamuda costa più di 1.000 RMB ciascuno! Il servizio dell'hotel è abbastanza soddisfacente, c'è una ragazza ********* che parla cinese. Il personale è generalmente più entusiasta nei confronti degli stranieri, ma hanno tutto ciò di cui hanno bisogno e non c'è discriminazione. Il servizio in camera è semplice, basta cambiare gli asciugamani e portare fuori la spazzatura. Il letto non è rifatto. Basta appendere un cartello sulla porta prima di uscire. La colazione viene addebitata a persona e anche i bambini devono pagarla, quindi non è conveniente. I buoni per la colazione non hanno una data specifica. Comunque, una famiglia di tre persone ha soggiornato per quattro giorni e ne ha ricevuti otto. Puoi usarne tre di loro insieme. Se esaurisci tutti i coupon, puoi semplicemente dormire e uscire per il brunch. Nel complesso soddisfatto.

Hotel is short distance from Shinsaibashi metro station. Really easy to travel via the midosuji lines. Exit from exit 2 from the metro station (exit 1 is under construction when I was there). Plenty of food options along the street and hotel is also really close to dotonburi. Rooms are clean enough for 2 pax in a room. However for big groups booking multiple rooms, do take note that for moderate twin rooms, there is only 1 room per level. So for my booking of 4 rooms, we were spread out in 4 levels. There were a total 5 washing machines with dryer functions in this hotel. Staff were friendly but they speak limited English. Luggage locker room is self service on level 1. IC card is used to lock and unlock the locks.

Convenient location in Namba area ~10 mins to AirPort Express Which also takes us to Takashimaya and underground subway to USJ Walking distance to Mcdonalds, Dotonburi and street of shops Only downside the rooms are really dark, not suitable if you are a makeup person Washer/dryer in room was helpful!

Anche se l'aspetto esterno dell'edificio è comune, quando entra nella stanza, mi sento molto caldo, la decorazione delicata e un senso dell'atmosfera. La progettazione della stanza fa sentire la gente comoda e rilassata, e vedo l'intenzione del proprietario. La posizione geografica è molto conveniente. È meno di un minuto a piedi dal mercato nero, molto adatto per coloro che amano cibo e shopping quanto io.Sia il breve viaggio che il lungo periodo di vita sono molto adatto. Oltre alle mie aspettative, tornerò ancora.

I’m solo traveling and also working during this stay. This has got to be one of my better stays in Japan. Shiro checked me in and was very thorough to explain the amenities. Jin, helped me set things up for luggage delivery. Shiro, helped send my luggage to Haneda, and Yun, helped send my luggage to Tokyo. The staff are amazing and very attentive. The Housekeeping staff cleaned impeccably and the resident lounge was great to use. Notes for improvement: Gym needs more character to match the style of Citidines. Thanks Citidines Namba Osaka team for the extremely comfortable stay. I will definitely be back again.

Perfect stay! Omg 10/10 room is clean and big enough to store our luggages and open them! As you know, most hotels in Japan are very small but this one is good enough! The location is pretty convenient but you still have to walk about 10 minutes so it’s not so bad. Plenty of stores and food places around as well. I love this hotel and will definitely be back.
