Concierge: We emailed the hotel weeks in advance of our stay to assist with bookings. Weeks would pass before they would respond, and multiple follow up emails were required to get a response. They did successfully book one 3 Michelin star restaurant to which we owe them significant credit. However, when we arrived and asked basic requests such as where to find restaurants or stores, the concierge was usually very short and had no suggestions. We were better off consulting Google maps. And this for a 5 star concierge service? In addition, the English skills of many of the concierge staff were extremely limited. While I know some Japanese, it should not be required at a hotel of this calibre. In fact, when visiting Japan, a 5 star hotel should have fluent English speakers for most front facing staff. Hotel Condition: The hotel has significant and noticeable wear and tear. We were in a Grand Deluxe Suite and when I arrived, a man was literally gluing on a piece of the door that had torn off. The woodwork throughout the suite was heavily scratched and dented including tables. The carpet was worn thin, and the sofa's velvet exterior was worn. In any event, for a hotel suite whose copay was $500+ per night, this was disappointing. Check out Process: The check out process was extremely troubling and disappointing. We asked for a Butler to assist with bags multiple times, and even after 45 minutes they did not come up to our room to collect our bags. This resulted in us having to drag our bags down to the lobby ourselves, as we were rushing for a Shinkansen train. Normally, this would have been fine, but we had a lot of luggage. The significantly wait time for luggage assistance is not characteristic of a St. Regis. Hidden Taxes and No Final Folio Provided: The hotel has some hidden taxes associated with rooms that have copays for upgrades. While we expected to pay 50,000 yen per night + about 37,000 yen in total taxes (about 5600 yen per night in tax), we did not expect too many additional taxes. Yet there was another 6500 or so taxes per night in taxes we were assessed. Even after numerous attempts, the hotel never sent a final folio nor explained the charges which is all I asked. General Impressions: The hotel seems poorly managed with a ”choatic” vibe in which there is not only no personalized guests are vying for the attention for concierge staff who are stretched too thin with minimal English skills. While I understand this is a busy time for the hotel, the hotel should not be having any difficulty meeting basic demands of elite members even when they are at capacity. The hotel felt more like a 3-4 star hotel than a St. Regis. Among St. Regis hotels, this one was a major disappointment.

Conclusion I will never stay at ANA Crowne Plaza Osaka again. The room was the smallest I have ever been at and part of the window was blocked by a wall outside the room. The check in and check out was chaos with a huge queue. The hotel is outdated too. The only positive thing regarding this hotel is the club lounge. Review I arrived with the Shinkassen at Osaka station and the hotel is in walking distance from station. The train station is huge, and I was difficult to find the right exit. The hotel is located in a business area, but there are a lot of restaurants, bars and shops in the neighborhood. Not the right area, if you are a turist. I arrived at 2 pm, where I could not get me room even I am an IHG diamond member. Came back after a couple of hours, where there was a huge queue. Check-in took between 45-60 min. It was the same situation, when I should check out. It is not possible to check out in the IHG app. Even I have the highest status in the IHG program, I got the smallest room in the hotel. It was not possible to open my suitcase in the room - i don’t want it on the bed. The window was partly blocked by wall outside the window. The room is very outdated. I had access to the club lounge, where I had a couple of drinks during the evening and breakfast in the morning. The lounges was ok but it was busy.

location is right in front of the subway station and very convenient to go anywhere since there are 2 subway stations near by the hotel. However, if you wanna go to city centre like namba/umeda, u can walk but may still need to take subway. (I choose this hotel after considering with a hotel in Namba since I thought I could find more local restaurants, but actually many places closed early...) Overall service are great, but would be better for trainee to do the check-in process with a senior staff since it took a longer process than normal and made a few mistakes although she was super kind. Staffs are all nice and very helpful! Facilities are so clean and the public bath is also good to try!

Ho soggiornato per alcune notti tramite il telelavoro. Questo è un bell'albergo e lo consiglio a tutti. Il grande bagno è grande, pulito e confortevole, le camere sono pulite, i letti sono buoni e le finestre possono essere aperte e chiuse. Il personale della reception ha sempre sorriso e ha risposto prontamente. Comodi servizi come acqua minerale, caffè americano, tè, ecc. sono stati aggiunti a seconda dei casi. La vasca da bagno in camera è ampia e la posizione è molto vicina alla stazione Midosuji Yodoyabashi, quindi è difficile essere molto comodi. The room is relatively small for 2 people but I wouldn’t say it’s too small. It’s enough if you didn’t have too many luggages. The onsen(hot spring) is artificial but surprisingly nice. You can feel your skin become smoother after the bath. They have a pillow bar if the regular one doen’t suit you which is surprisingly thoughtful. They have basically all kinds of amenity such as curling iron or razors etc. Nice location. They even have a washing machine in the lady’s changing room for female only. Nice experience. The hot spring is definitely worth the price.

Le strutture sono nuove, con GOTO Travel e un basso costo di alloggio, quindi voglio darle una valutazione molto alta, ma questa è la prima volta che l'ho usato, molto deludente, non posso darle una valutazione molto alta. Quando passo attraverso la croce rossa e verde accanto, non vedo quasi nessun segno, quindi sono passato.Il segno di TY Inn è molto bello, quindi ti attira. Ho chiamato l'hotel e sono uscito dalla stazione della metropolitana e ho chiesto: ”Posso vedere dove TY Inn, quindi sono vicino?”Mi sono chiesto: ”Ci sono diversi negozi?”Non puoi solo vedere i segni e sapere quanti negozi ci sono.ＴＹ Non è lontano dall'hotel, come se non potessi vedere l'aria. Questo è un basso livello! È possibile valutare che il marchio non è un fatto di lusso, ma d'altra parte, dovrebbe essere molte domande di questo genere.Anche se finalmente arrivo, non mi sentirò comodo, per niente ....Mi dispiace, è molto secco, ma ho bisogno di rieducare i dipendenti. Questo è un parere sincero.

Sebbene si trovi all'inizio, è un po' lontano dalla stazione di Yodoyabashi. Anche se entri dall'uscita più vicina, se usi la metropolitana, cammina per circa 5 minuti. Il prossimo è il check-in, ma è stato semplice e facile da capire perché è stato fatto inserendo con una macchina. Infine, la stanza era grande e pulita, ed era molto comoda da spendere, ma è un peccato che non ci fosse l'interruttore del wc o della doccia sul lato del letto, che viene spesso utilizzato.

Uno dei hotel preferiti di questa linea è il deposito di scatole prima di entrare nella porta. L'intero viaggio è stato risparmiato a piedi lucidi dell'hotel o indossare un pannolino. フロントは3人で対応と自動精算機3機があり　早い時間に入ったので余裕でチェックインできましたけど　全国旅行支援中の手続きや地域クーポンなどの説明で普段より時間がかかっていたと思います 振り返ったら　いつの間にか待ち客がズラッと並んでた それでも親切丁寧に説明してくれて　質問にも応えてもらいました 担当して下さったフロントの女性感謝です　 部屋はハリウッドツイン　お掃除は綺麗だったので一安心　 リニューアルしたばっかなので設備も新しく　 PC広げれて作業出来るくらいのワイドテーブル セミセパレート（バス・トイレ別）←これがホテルを決める時の第一条件で　洗い場もあり希望通りって思ったのですが シャンプー類が浴槽の縁に置いてあり　シャワーのとこには棚も無ければ椅子と桶もないので　 使う時床に直置き？　使いづらいと相方に言われた　確かにちょっと使い難いかも？ 洗濯フックも無いし　タオルとかブラシとか浴槽横の隙間に置いて シャワー派の私も今までこんなとこあったかなぁって思いました とにかく風呂が使いにくい　 評価2くらいまで下がるねって思ってたけど　朝食で挽回＾＾ いろいろ美味しく頂きました　茶碗蒸しなんて朝食で出すとこある？　 楽しみにしてたダシ巻きは時間的な物か日にちなのか無かったので残念でした 帰宅してから　お店を検索したくらい良かったです 「食彩健美 野の葡萄」殆ど支店？もホテルの中なんですね 次のホテル選びに思案中　スタッフの方々も皆感じ良くて 朝食会場がここで良かったです ありがとうございました

Great staff, large room, micro and ice in hallway of some floors, daily room service available, modern shower, quiet, good a/c, umbrellas, 7-11 and Lawson’s, train station and grocery store in next building, bottled water.
