Hotel in zona Osaka Shiki Theatre, Osaka

Localizzazione, struttura, ospite, cibo e così via tutto era così perfetto! Specialmente un uomo chiamato Don dal suo ufficio, era così gentile, mi portò il bagaglio alla fermata e mi aiutava a comprare biglietti per l'aeroporto. Visiterei certamente Hilton se avessi la possibilità di visitare nuovamente Osaka.

Very small and hot room. Hard to sleep due to the fact air con could not be lowered or changed. No room to sort luggage either. Ok for one night but would not have room to stay longer. Bathroom very plastic and caravan feel.

La navetta aeroportuale Herbis Kansai era a 5 minuti a piedi, quindi è stato fantastico per un'ultima notte. Stazione Jr. di Osaka. Era comodo perché era vicino alla stazione della metropolitana. Invece, non c'è nessun minimarket accanto. Famiglia che torna dalla metropolitana. Dopo essere uscito vicino a Roshon e aver acquistato qualcosa, Ho camminato per 5 minuti fino all'hotel. Ero preoccupato perché c'era una recensione che diceva che era vicino a una strada ferroviaria, ma non riuscivo a sentire affatto il treno perché la porta era chiusa. Prima di tutto, la posizione è ottima. Ha un'atmosfera classica, che lo fa sentire come un vecchio hotel europeo.

Conclusion I will never stay at ANA Crowne Plaza Osaka again. The room was the smallest I have ever been at and part of the window was blocked by a wall outside the room. The check in and check out was chaos with a huge queue. The hotel is outdated too. The only positive thing regarding this hotel is the club lounge. Review I arrived with the Shinkassen at Osaka station and the hotel is in walking distance from station. The train station is huge, and I was difficult to find the right exit. The hotel is located in a business area, but there are a lot of restaurants, bars and shops in the neighborhood. Not the right area, if you are a turist. I arrived at 2 pm, where I could not get me room even I am an IHG diamond member. Came back after a couple of hours, where there was a huge queue. Check-in took between 45-60 min. It was the same situation, when I should check out. It is not possible to check out in the IHG app. Even I have the highest status in the IHG program, I got the smallest room in the hotel. It was not possible to open my suitcase in the room - i don’t want it on the bed. The window was partly blocked by wall outside the window. The room is very outdated. I had access to the club lounge, where I had a couple of drinks during the evening and breakfast in the morning. The lounges was ok but it was busy.

Molto impressionato, questa è la prima volta che si ferma in un ostello. L'atmosfera all'interno è calda. Altri ospiti usano anche le regole insieme. La stanza comune è buona, c'è una cucina, c'è un soggiorno per sedersi e raffreddare. Mi sono fermato a 12 minuti a piedi dalla stazione Umeda, molto vicino alla stazione. Il quartiere dell'ostello dispone di un ristorante. Il personale è sorridente, molto carino ☺️

Il mio soggiorno recente qui non era altro che sorprendente. La stanza era ricco e aveva tutto quello che mi serviva - da una TV a un bagno confortevole e anche una caldaia elettrica affidabile. La sua posizione principale vicino ai paesaggi culturali ha fatto esplorare la città come una brisa. Ma ciò che mi ha reso davvero memorabile è stato il personale - erano incredibilmente gentili e attenti. Sono stati anche forniti ombrelli e adattatori di plug-in, andando sopra e oltre per assicurare il mio comfort. Sono già in programma il mio prossimo viaggio di ritorno a questo meraviglioso hotel!

I really love this hotel due hotel room rate is so reasonable n cheap, much better than other hostel or nearby hotel. Quite close to the shopping area 心齋橋, not too far away from Namba station. Room is not very big, but quite comfortable, clean and tidy

Il ristorante si trova al primo piano dell'edificio del check-in. Per effettuare il check-out la mattina è necessario attraversare il ristorante fino alla hall. Potrebbe risultare un po' rumoroso quando ci sono molte persone. Di solito non ordino la colazione in hotel. Mi piace mangiare nei minimarket, compro latte Meiji, panini alle fragole dalle 7 alle 11, ecc. la sera prima. L'edificio in cui ho alloggiato era molto più tranquillo. Perfect hotel to explore Osaka. Pros - Free daily entrance to SPA World which should be one of the top attraction in Osaka. Can even stay beyond midnight til 8am the next morning. - location is just next to mrt and Shinseikai is just outside the entrance. Photogenic spot right from the entrance and many things to eat in Shin Sei Kai - Free entrance to mini water theme park in Spa World but take note that the rental of float for lazy pool is chargeable. Bring your own float if you want to use the lazy pool. Water Slides are chargeable and there is an exclusive outdoor swimming pool that is also chargeable. Only the general indoor pool is not chargeable. - free breakfast spread is welcomed and nice. But they don’t change the menu and after 4 nights, it will get boring. - rooms and hotel looks newly renovated and comfortable to stay. - Karaoke rooms are good fun and updated song lists even for Mandopop! Cons - Lots of chargeable facilities like Table Tennis, Karaoke, even the Hot Stones Sauna is chargeable. But the upside is those facilities are rarely used due to the small charge so you can book it anytime. - Hot Stones Sauna is probably what you saw on the Spa World pictures that looks so exciting but you need to pay 800 yen to go in. It is fully clothed and unisex but the facilities in there are really not that exciting in real life. Just a couple of weird seatings or lying zones In a heated room. Very underwhelming. Spa World should make this free for all general tickets holders although 800 yen is not that expensive as well. - food in the food park within the building which is payable is underwhelming and not the best around. All in all: this is one of the perfect place to stay for tourist to Osaka. Central location and the fact that you can go to their amazing Spa anytime to recharge after a long day makes it terribly worth it. Free breakfast is good, rooms are clean and new. But if I am super picky, there are some suggestions to their management for improvement: 1) add more water cooler around the whole Spa and common areas instead of forcing your guest to buy water from vending machines 2) charge lower for the water slides. Under utilised when I am there. 3) provide the hot stones sauna for free to your guests. It is almost borderline gimmicky. 4) rotate the European and Asian for male and female on a shorter basis instead of monthly. Maybe try weekly or daily so that guests can experience both types of Spa World! I understand the logistics of changing the signages etc but I am sure there are ways around those (e.g. digital signs). Anyway you won’t regret booking this hotel. It is the absolutely best and very good value for money
