Hotel in zona Nakanoshima, Osaka

I stayed here for 5 nights. I had a good time staying and walking around the hotel which is near by the river. If having a chance to come back to Osaka, I would definitely stay here again. Staff: Very professional, nice and polite. Water: 2 Aluminum bottles of water were provided in the room everyday. Bathroom: Perfect in the sense that the shower area is separated from the bathtub. Amenities: Not provided in the room, yet available on the ground floor in front of the elevators. Location: A bit far from the shopping area, however the hotel shuttle bus is provided according to the time table back and forth. For the subway there are 2 line walk about 10-15 minutes. The nearest convenient store is 5 minutes away. My room was at the end of the hallway which I thought was good. However the next morning I found out that it was close to the housekeeping room, so I unavoidably heard the noise every morning. Especially on the last day I there's something in front of my room, so I was woken up by 6 persons at least, technicians,talking in front of the room.

Molto ordinato e pulito, servizio impeccabile! C'è un 7-Eleven al piano terra aperto fino alle 23:00, il che è molto comodo.

Extremely bad service especially for a luxury hotel. Air-condition in room was hardly working, very suffocating for summer. Explained it to the night receptionist. Who immediately replied why could we bear with it on the first night. Sent a fellow service staff who stuck a temperature rod deep into the vent to show the air con was working fine. Couldn’t understand that there was no wind. On the check out day, asked the concierge on the ground floor to help book a bigger taxi in the morning as there were more people and bags. The person replied “yes, yes, yes”. Came back in late afternoon to confused looks.

La catena hotel con un enorme ufficio e una sedia a rotazione è così grande da usare il computer di uno al ufficio. Le solite strutture sono fornite, l'unico problema con l'hotel sarebbe la sua posizione, è una distanza dalla stazione Osaka e la metropolitana. Il letto è molto comodo e forniscono un bel e spesso carta tessuto a differenza della maggior parte degli hotel giapponesi. Bathrobe è comodo e si dovrà prendere i vestiti vicino all'ascensore, tuttavia uno di loro che ho preso aveva una tintura.

สำหรับราคานี้รวมอาหารเช้า ห้องพักสะอาด และมีห้องอาบน้ำสาธารณะขนาดใหญ่ และมันก็ดีที่ได้ใช้เวลาที่เงียบสงบที่นั่น ห้องเปลี่ยนเสื้อผ้าในห้องอาบน้ำสาธารณะแน่นมากจนถ้าคน 2 หรือ 3 คนใช้พื้นที่เดียวกันจะคับแคบ มีสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกที่แผนกต้อนรับ และคงจะดีถ้ามีผ้าฝ้ายสำหรับผู้หญิงด้วย อาหารเช้าโอบันไซก็อร่อยเช่นกัน

Best hotel stay for this Japan trip! Size was just right for a solo traveller, had enough space to open luggage and still walk comfortably around the room. Hotel location was superb, the elevator direct from train station to hotel was a blessing when with luggage. It's easy to get to all areas of Osaka from hotel, nearby amenities were good too. Hotel uses alot of technology in their management which brings a lot of convenience to customers, like self service check in and out, monitoring of laundry status from room tv, YouTube casting from phone etc. 100/100 will stay again!
