Room is complex and clean. A slight discomfort is the pillow wasn’t that soft or provides support. Location is nearby subway and JR, fews restaurant is around and  Lawson outlets.

Clean , staff friendly, convenient to subway station about 5-8 minutes walk , about 8-10 minutes walk to Shin Osaka train station.

It’s close to the main station, like Shin-Ōsaka, and subway station. The room is very clean and tidy. Totally recommended!

A very good hotel. We picked it for proximity to Hankyu bus station and Shin Osaka. The stuff was very helpful and the rooms large for this type of hotels and very clean, and all the amenities were good (albeit the pillows were a bit too stiff for my liking). There isn’t much to do in the neighbourhood, but otherwise the location and the hotel itself were very good.

I recently stayed at Smile Hotel in Osaka and had a great experience! The hotel is clean, well-maintained, and offers a fantastic location, making it easy to explore the city. I stayed in a single bedded room, which was perfectly sized for one person, providing just the right amount of space for comfort. The staff was friendly, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming. Although the rooms are not that big, it is clean and with high CP. Many car parks nearby. Convenient shops are in walking distance. It's a bit hard to find the hotel with google. It keeps directing us to wrong location. But once you find the correct location, it's easy accessible. If you drive from the hotel to Osaka, please beware of the pay route recommended by google. It's only 1 to 2 min faster but the charge is extremely high.

It's just a 4-5 minute walk to the station, with only two stops to Umeda, the best shopping area. McDonald's and Mos Burger are nearby, and the staff is friendly and helpful.
