Good location

Very convenient close to the Lawson and subway room is nice good for travel

Nice hotel with good location. Will come back to this hotel again when i visit japan next time.

The location is good. But the hotel facilities is not good. Wi-Fi is suck, always disconnect. The charging pot is not convenient to use. Bed madtress is not comfortable. The window is block and nothing can be seen so the room is dark. Reception is close after 10pm.

Very good location for shopping

Great location, 2 mins walk from the Shinsaibashisuji Osaka Metro station and 4 mins walk from the Shinsaibashisuji street.

Good service and very kind staff

This hotel, MYSTAY, was okay, but they could improve in their cleaning and facilities. They would have more potential if they had room services and professional cleaners for their rooms. This is because when we got our hotel room, they had a left over shoe box behind the door from the last costumer and it gave us a bad impression of the hotel.

great deal and the location is very convenient. Metro station is just two minutes away and shinsaibashi is also very close.

我們是4月15入住的 21號退房 房間是高級大房床 櫃檯人員服務態度很好 我們一共住了六個晚上 外面走出去就是7-11超級方便的 左右二邊都有好吃的餐廳 往旁邊走一點就是心齋橋了 超級好逛的... 如果下次來大阪 我還是會選擇這裡入住 住的舒適 逛的開心.......

非常近地鐵站，7號出口步行2分鐘左右，出入方便也可以行到道頓堀和心齋橋,只是房間比想像中小,兩位成人的話，建議選擇雙床房間。樓下有7–11 family mart和Lawson,半夜也不怕肚餓。

住了五晚酒店 當中有一次執房 自助形式 。一次性用品不足可以到二樓拎取 位置很方便 房間細小 設施齊備 有浴缸電視暖氣小餐桌雪櫃….. 有雨傘外借 有洗衣房 住得舒服👍🏻
