Ottima posizione vicinissima alla stazione principale. Pulizia e cortesia del personale eccellente. A Natale ci hanno anche lasciato una piccola sorpresa vicino alla porta :) Molto silenziosa e letto comodo.

We arrived at the hotel around 12pm and was informed the room was ready for us early. Our room was located in the west building opposite the main building. The room was spacious enough for 4 guys and I really appreciated that the bathroom has separation for showers, toilet bowl and sink which allows multiple people to use the bathroom without waiting for one to finish. Ceiling for the bunk beds were abit low so taller people will need to be careful. Room was clean, staff were friendly. Spare towels and amenities are available in the lobby at the main building. There is also a nice roof top sitting area in the main building. Location was abit far from the nearest train station but the walk to and from is lined with shops. Overall recommended.

日和 is a very nice hotel situated at a convenient location, nearby with lots of food and shops. We can go access to trains and department stores. Will certainly come again next time.

Upset with the house keeping. Came in to clean up the room n dropped my glasses on the floor I put them nicely with my cable in the small table in the morning, only to found them on the floor when I came back. Location is great. It is just opposite Namba city and the airport train - nankai line. Wall is quite thin. I could hear footsteps of people staying upstairs and sound of doors banging on 1 of the mornings. Guess it is the case when you don't get considerate neighbors.

This hotel is a go to for families! Service was good. Very neat too. Near train station but abit far to walk to Dotonbori & Orange Street.

Stayed at this hotel for 4 nights. Its an eco hotel hence they only for room service every 3 nights however that's fine with us as the room is really clean. Toilet is clean too! We have a twin bed room and I must say the room is really spacious for Japan standard! The location is superb! If you are travelling from kansai airport you can actually take the airport train to the nearest nakai namba station and the hotel is only a few minutes away from it. Hotel is also few mins away from the metro station Namba station and from there you can access to other stations. We travel to shin osaka station to transfer to JR for our tokyo destination. The hotel is near to many shopping streets as well as OIOi and Takashimaya! There is also BIC. There are also many shops selling food and Mcdonald right opposite the hotel. The hotel also provides free rice bowl per pax during dinner time. They have free coffee and tea too. There is netflix app (log in with your own acc) and free YouTube! Not to mention, there is a multi plug charger in the room for charging up your electronic devices! Oh the breakfast spread is good too! Remember to try the beef curry and freshly fried tempura! Overall we really enjoyed our stay here at Hiyori Hotel! I will definitely recommend my friends!

Very convenient as just a few minutes walk after taking nankai train. Will book here again when I’m back

The hotel is conveniently located near Namba Station. Just take the central exit, turn left, and go down the elevator; the hotel is right across the street, just a 2-minute walk away. The staff is very courteous, and the breakfast restaurant employees in white shirts are particularly commendable for their politeness. The rooms are clean, and the housekeeping staff is also respectful. In the evening, the lobby offers facial masks, and there is a luggage scale at the entrance. These small details deserve praise.

Clean and quiet hotel. Only a few minutes walk from Namba train station so transportation by train from airport to hotel and other areas in the metro were easily accessible.

Excellent Location. Very close to Nankai Station. The hotel is very clean and tidy. Have upgraded our room so that we can enjoy the "private bath". Foot massage in the room after crazy shopping. Will definitely stay at this hotel again.

Excellent location

The location is perfect.  Less than 3 min walk to the Namba station to take Nankai Airport Express to KIX.  However, i saw baby cockroaches at night in my room… the bedding sheets are yellowish… I hope the hotel can improve the cleanness.

Highly recommended hotel -location is great for dining and shopping. Nankai station for Kansai airport is just opposite the hotel. My second time staying in this hotel and truly enjoyed myself.
