Abbiamo prenotato l'hotel all'ultimo minuto, ed è stato davvero un buon hotel. La stanza è un po' piccola, ma non ci ha dato fastidio perché siamo sempre in giro. Abbiamo apprezzato il cibo e le bevande di benvenuto, dato che siamo arrivati ​​piuttosto tardi. Il taiyaki è diventato il nostro antipasto prima del pasto vero e proprio.

La torta alla reception è sempre esaurita. Non so perché. Volevo provare la torta dessert ma sono deluso. Vorrei che il proprietario dell'hotel potesse rimuovere il cartello se non preparano affatto la torta. Mi sento imbrogliato perché, restando per una settimana, non vedo mai una torta dessert di benvenuto.

la posizione era nel mezzo di alcune stazioni ferroviarie, il che era positivo, tranne per il fatto che la distanza era di circa 10 minuti. tuttavia la strada per l'hotel era marciapiedi normali, quindi anche con bagagli pesanti, non era poi così male camminare. il personale parlava inglese, le camere erano pulite. a proposito, i bagni delle camere non hanno il bidet.

This place is tucked by a quiet neighborhood in ShinImamiya , which is quite central to - airport and all popular attractions like Osaka Castle and Universal Studios Osaka; with multiple convenient public transportation options JR Line, Loop Line for travel. it is adorable, affordable and most importantly clean. The Hosts all speak Japanese and ********* and provide great warm hospitality. Would stay here again next time I come to Osaka

hotel's in between train stations, a bit of a walk but i really didnt mind as i love walking in cold weather lol. helpful and kind staffs. some complimentary snacks and free water on the 1st floor. amenities replenished everyday. near convenience stores. really enjoyed my stay overall. would love to stay here again soon! Convenient hotel and helpful staff. Rooms although small were clean and nicely maintained. Easy access to train lines and walking distance to many attractions.

Location : near Imamiyaebisu station( walk around 3min). There is 7-11 between this route Service : staff is very kind and can communicate with English. You can leave your luggage without charge One thing that disappointed me is toilet, in my room (private room) there isn’t automatic toilet like anywhere in Japan, you have just only tissue paper

The room is clean and the staff are good. But the toilet is not good for me it's an ordinary toilet it has no bidet but overall good experience.

The hotel is small (only 5 or 6 rooms each floor) but the room itself was more spacious than we used to in Japan. The design of the common areas is… well a little bit ambiguous, but the room was very cozy. The bed was very comfortable, no problem with air-conditioning, bathing and so on. The system that you need to use to set water temperature is a bit unusual, but it works properly and the staff explain how to use it, so we had no problem with it. A minor inconvenience was the lack freezer in the refrigerator. The stuff is friendly. But once again it is a small hotel. So they do not have a need in many managers at the desk. And if you check in or out at the same time with other people you would probably need to wait a little bit. Not a problem at all, if you are not in a rush. The location is good if you plan to visit Sinsekai, Tsutenkaku tower and the zoo. There are a lot of cafes in Sinsekai area and entertainments to pass an evening. A food store and 2 combini are located near the hotel as well. Our time it Checkinn was comfortable. Thank you for hospitality.

Great establishment ! Location is very convenient as it is 10 minutes from 3 different stations. I found the room to be very practical and spacious. Staff is so kind and ready to help and assist. Will definitely come back when in Osaka

the staff can speak Chinese, location is near the train station, room is simple and clean.
