Worth paying extra for the Deluxe which has a lot more space and furniture. Just steps away from a smaller train station and not far from the main Osaka station. Stumbled across a Michelin Bib Dandan noodles store 2 minutes from the hotel in front of the train station entrance/exit.

The place is very clean and convenient. It’s only a few minutes from the JR station. It also has a family mart right downstairs.

The location was great as it was near an entrance to the underground train stations and, there was great eating spots and nearby shopping areas as well. The room was also well cleaned each day and very roomy.

Excellent service and the staff was very helpful. The smoking floor is a bit smelly but they kept the window open for a while.

Hotel location is good and convenience, the room is bigger than average, service is good, will be back

Very small and hot room. Hard to sleep due to the fact air con could not be lowered or changed. No room to sort luggage either. Ok for one night but would not have room to stay longer. Bathroom very plastic and caravan feel.

The hotel was conveniently located close to Osaka station where the bus stopped from the airport. We got a train from here to Tokyo. The room was very clean and provided nice amenities in the bathroom and a phone charger. The only downside was the room was incredibly hot so it impacted on our sleep.

Excel·lent service and great breakfast, easy to find and good parking space.

Good, people can speak english

The location is good where is near to Osaka Station. It is very convenience to go anywhere. Shopping and dinning is also very convenience. That’s why I choose the hotel near Osaka Station.

Smoking room was terrible, even had blood in toilet that wasn’t cleaned when we first checked in. Unable to change to non-smoking room nor any partial refund at all
