위치는 교바시 역에서 약간의 거리가 있지만 가는길에 마트와 편의점이 있어서 돌아오는 길이나 나가는 길에 물건구입이 편하여 좋았고 교바시역 근처의 다양한 식당과 술집으로 저녁시간을 즐겁게 보내 좋았다. 기본적인 어메니티와 수건은 준비되어 있었고 청결 상태도 좋았다. 물론 방의 크기도 둘이 지내기에 좁지 않았지만 . 옷걸이나 침대 사이에 협탁 ,캐리어를 펼칠수 있는 데스크정도가 있었다면 더욱 유용한 공간이 될수 있겠다.

老闆是中國人，房間大小可以，可以煮飯，但沒有調料，退房是10點，入住是3點，坑人。離地鐵站有點遠，如果是沒有行李還可以接受，路不太好走，也不太好找，主要是出口找不到！我拉壞了一個箱子！有孩子和長者的不能選

房間很大 能夠容納三個人同時打開行李箱、很乾淨、很新，設施很齊全：微波爐、雪櫃、風筒、免費WiFi那些也有。
洗澡的水壓很足，又有可調溫度的電熱水爐。床也挺舒服的、而且很乾淨，睡了6晚也沒什麼問題，隔音那些很好，幾乎聽不到隔壁鄰居的聲音。
民宿的負責人是一位中國人，很友善、人也很客氣，有任何問題需要幫忙也可以找他。
離民宿步行2分鐘左右有一間24小時的7-eleven，要臨時補充日用品和買食物很方便。
整體來說體驗十分好，尤其民宿負責人是中國人，人在日本遇到問題或居住上的問題也不怕👍👍

フロント等はなく、無人かつ自由にチェックインできる形を取られていました。
予め鍵の受け取り方法や駅からのルートなどをアプリ内のメッセージでお送りくださっていましたが、そちらに気づかずうっかり問い合わせの電話をかけてしまいました。泊まる方はメッセージが来ているかどうか一度確認しておくと良いと思います。
建物の作りは比較的壁が薄いと感じました。隣に住んでいると思われる中国人の方の生活音が割としっかり聞こえますがうるさいとは思わない程度です。しかしとても綺麗なお部屋にお安く泊まれたので大満足です。ありがとうございました。

真的太讚了，這個價位能在日本住到這麼寬敞的民宿！離車站便利店都很近，晚上餓了去買夜宵非常方便，裝修很新，洗衣機微波爐冰箱都有
