highly recommended.. the location is very good very close to shin imamiya station.. there is a jr loop line and nankai which is direct from kansai.. close to dobutsuen mae for the osaka metro.. the hotel is responsive via email.. the checkin and checkout process is very easy. . can cook and complete cooking utensils.. can wash clothes so you don't need to bring a lot of clothes.. there is a dryer in the bathroom which is very helpful in drying clothes..

Spacious, location near to 3 train station, clean, fully equipped and home feel staying. We really enjoy staying here. Will surely book this brand hotel and recommend to my friends and family.

Nice view & convenient location.

Great hotel, close to the tower and close to transport. Notice a new sushi place opening soon next door. Across the street there is a nice vacation club.

Location is excellent, very close to JR and Nankai Station. Also, there is Donki store nearby where you can still shop very late at night. Room size is good for 3 members. Overall it's a good stay, will consider book again if we come to Osaka again.

Very clean and neat hotel room. Feel very comfortable. Location is good, not far from metro station and has airport train to arrive, no need to change is a must. Will stay there again next time visiting Osaka!

호텔 시설 좋았습니다. 응대도 빠르고 문제를 해결해주려는 의지도 강해서 좋았습니다. 방에는 필요한 것들이 다 있습니다. 그러나 한가지 아쉬운 점은 너무너무 날씨가 더워서 주요 관광지까지 거리가 더 멀게 느껴졌습니다. ㅠㅠ 여기가 위치가 좀 외졌어요... 참고하세요!

租住三日兩夜，入住第一晚後，第二日出門以為有清潔服務。回來發現所有用過的毛巾仍在房間，沒有人清潔垃圾。第三日晚上會酒店菜有新毛巾掛在門口，毛巾是用袋子包住，裏面有張提示紙，才說明已用的毛巾放置的位置。每天沒有房間服務，這個價錢不值得入住！另外第二晚發現廁所堵塞，馬桶內的水湧出沒有方法求助！

酒店設施齊全，電磁爐、微波爐、雪櫃、吸塵機、洗衣機、碗碟、平底鑊等都有，非常自助，位置方便，地鐵、JR、電車站、Donki步行5分鐘，通天閣15分鐘左右

房間大 位置十分便利附近有donki 三張單人床適合三位朋友😋 房間設計優秀 毛巾質量也很好 床褥枕頭也睡得很舒服 美中不足的是發現椅子上有污跡
