La stanza è molto piccola , molto base, pulita. Valore per il prezzo pagato. C'è un distributore d'acqua al lobby che è un plus . Non ci sono prodotti faciali forniti a differenza di altri hotel giapponesi che ho soggiornato . Molte opzioni alimentari intorno , 10 minuti a piedi alla stazione Osaka .

Hotel Keihan Tenmabashi Ekimae offered a phenomenal experience. Its proximity to Tenmabashi Station, Osaka Castle, and the Osaka Museum of History gives access to a wealth of entertainment and food. The hotel itself had friendly staff that seemed to try to assist in English if ever someone did not seem fluent in Japanese and the self-check-in kiosks at the front also supported four languages: Japanese, English, Korean, and Chinese. The room itself was phenomenal, being one of the most spacious I have seen in Japan. What impressed me most, however, had to be the washroom. It was not only incredibly clean, but also the most spacious I have seen to date in Japan. The room also came with a complementary carton mineral water which I thought was quite nice for quality of life. The television is also well equipped information and entertainment and even lets one share their phone screen onto the television. There is also a convenient panel next to the bed that has various functions from controlling the air conditioning and lighting to notifying the staff whether one wants their room cleaned or not. The breakfast they offer, served buffet-style was comprised of various offerings reflecting Japanese, Chinese, and ”Western” culture. While the offerings were satisfactory, I also felt that they may have spread themselves to thin with the variety of the offerings and thus the quality of the individual items suffered from it. In addition, the meal felt like it only partially captured the spirit of each tradition it drew from and ultimately lead to the overall experience being a confused motley of flavours. Overall, while I only stayed for a single day, this was one of the better hotel experiences I have had in Japan.

The hotel is so nice and clean. I booked a room for one person in a reasonable price. Even though the bathroom is small, it wasn’t a problem for me. I still love it anyways. The room is not big but stayable. The bed and blanket is so comfy. to be honest, I love it so much that I don’t want to leave this place. I love the fact that the hotel is quite near Sakaisuji-Hommachi station. Alternatively, I could also walk to Namba for only half an hour. Plus I’m really in love with the big supermarket near the hotel. The staffs are also nice and could be able to speak English. Overall, I would totally recommend this place to other people and I would totally stay here again if I have a chance to go back to Osaka!

La sala non è troppo piccola e può ospitare un box da 29 e da 24. Anche il bollitore per l'acqua calda è un punto forte. Quello di Bamuda costa più di 1.000 RMB ciascuno! Il servizio dell'hotel è abbastanza soddisfacente, c'è una ragazza ********* che parla cinese. Il personale è generalmente più entusiasta nei confronti degli stranieri, ma hanno tutto ciò di cui hanno bisogno e non c'è discriminazione. Il servizio in camera è semplice, basta cambiare gli asciugamani e portare fuori la spazzatura. Il letto non è rifatto. Basta appendere un cartello sulla porta prima di uscire. La colazione viene addebitata a persona e anche i bambini devono pagarla, quindi non è conveniente. I buoni per la colazione non hanno una data specifica. Comunque, una famiglia di tre persone ha soggiornato per quattro giorni e ne ha ricevuti otto. Puoi usarne tre di loro insieme. Se esaurisci tutti i coupon, puoi semplicemente dormire e uscire per il brunch. Nel complesso soddisfatto.

Ho ricevuto un codice di pin errato per la porta principale e ho informato loro che non posso accedere alla porta principale, ma non ho risposta, quindi devo aspettare che qualcuno uscisse dall'interno, così la porta sarà aperta. One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in, very value for money! Will not hesitate to stay here again if I visit Osaka again. Location super convenient; quick walk from Shinsaibashi station, right beside the Shinsaibashi shopping street, so there’s a ton of food and shopping options nearby. Easy check in; you have to collect all your amenities at the lobby. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are fantastic; very clean, well-equipped and well-designed (love the toilet!). There’s also vending machines and coin laundry machines on several floors of the hotel.

Family of three (two adults, one child) stayed here for three nights. The apartment was nice and clean and finding the entry wasn’t as bad as I read in other reviews. The apartment had kitchen facilities and a washing machine (please note NO dryer). The bathroom/shower was really pokey for us (I’m 5’7” and husband 6’0”) and there was limited space in the apartment to store luggage and other items. It did the job and was mostly quite of an evening but if staying for any longer a larger accommodation would be required.
