Hotel in zona Fort De Commeire, Orsieres

Chose this hotel for our first time to Verbier. Did not expect to fall in love with every little detail. Finding the hotel from the cable car terminal was easy as it was only a few steps away. It had been snowing the morning of our arrival day so we were lucky to experience the scenery right from our balcony. Although for the rest of our short stay, the rain had no intention of stopping. But that did not ruin our stay. Staying in the room was a pleasure, we had a spacious balcony overlooking the mountains and I just can’t forget how it made me feel to just sit with my tea and watch the view. We arrived just around the time of check-in so we had the pleasure to enjoy some drinks at the bar while waiting for our room to be ready. The bar staff were very friendly and remembered us the next day as we had dinner there. We were the only ones that night so we got to enjoy the vibe. We had a fantastic breakfast with a view for both of our mornings. I am not good with remembering names but the hostess/server was very warm and attentive. The highlight of the stay would be the housekeeping staff. They did not miss anything and would check if there was something else we need. After the housekeeping service for the day, someone checked on us to know if everything was to our liking. Their meticulous work in maintaining a clean and comfortable stay for us definitely did not go unnoticed. If you are going to Verbier, do not look any further and don’t think twice! Choose W!

Siamo stati delusi dal nostro soggiorno. La stanza si è scioccata di molle e si è schiacciata sul muro vicino alla finestra. Il riscaldamento non ha funzionato bene, quindi la stanza era fredda. Il Booking.com ha detto che abbiamo un aggiornamento gratuito per 'camera di vista montagna' (siamo stati nel 204) non abbiamo esattamente la migliore vista. Anche se comprendiamo che non si può controllare il lavoro di costruzione, svegliare fino al rumore di segatura non è ideale. Ho fatto un messaggio all'hotel prima di scrivere questo , ma mi è stato chiesto di fare un commento attraverso questa recensione.

Room is quite small but clean, bed is comfort. I love their live music on Saturday night. Free Arcade game. Lots of activity. The restaurant is full, need to book in advance. Love their decoration as me, 90's. Strongly recommend.
