Premier Inn London Orpington

Nice hotel and good location! Rooms big and very comfortable stay close to train station just 15 minutes to walk

I was staying with my family at premier inn Orpington. Staff is so friendly and really help with anything!! The hotel is really clean I can even say that I didn’t been in cleanest hotel before. We are coming in London again and definitely we will stay in Premier inn Orpington !!

Another comfortable stay at a Premier. Welcomed by sweet staff who enabled us to book in early because of a wedding we were attending. Stayed on top floor because we find them the quietest. All as expected.

The parking arrangements are poor (far away and not straightforward). Dropping off our heavy luggage involved a not ok parking manoeuvre and leaving the car unattended. Staff gave us an incorrectly validated parking ticket on check out and told us it was our problem when we were overcharged.

This hotel is situated in centre of Orlington close to the Walnuts Shopping centre where guest parking is located. Follow the green lorry signs on approaching to town centre as car park entrance is tucked away behind the High Street. It is a pay overturn car park with overnight parking if required be sure to have your car park ticket validates by reception staff on arrival as this gives you the discounted parking rate as being a GUEST. The staff were helpful and friendly but beware of the in house minicab phone as despite booking a cab for that evening and ringing again to confirm 30 minutes before pick up the cab never turned up and we were late for a function we were attending, and had to make other arrangements to get to where we were going!! There were no business cards or other advertising naming the taxi firm by the phone you just pick up the phone and are connected, one would assume that guests would be priotised but this on our experience is obvioudly not the case!! OTHER than this problem ourstaywas enjoyable and we would use again other nearby features are Pie & Mash shop and cinema on your doorstep.

As soon as we checked in the lady at reception greeted us with a smile. Entered the room with activity packs and chocolates the children loved this! Breakfast was delicious and even better my two kids got it for free when I bought an adult breakfast. A special thank you to Ellie and Katerina throughout my stay. 😊 Hope to visit again soon!!
