Magnificent 2 hectare estate with sea views

Awesome stay We enjoyed our stay in this lovely secluded mansion so so very much. The location is just breathtaking, being on the top side of a natural valley with stunning views of nature and the sea. The site is very large, with only one other house on the property and far enough away to feel completely undisturbed. The pool has the right size for a family of four and provided a lot of fun times. Wi-fi in the main house is also great, while there was no reception of Wi-fi and GSM in the guest room (idea: bring a travel router and 25m LAN cable). The landlord and the local caretaker were very friendly and responded very timely. The road is a bit adventurous but we managed to drive from and to every day. Much recommended.

Private with superb views The property is in a rural and private location. There is a nice patio with a well maintained pool overlooking a valley and the sea. The views are impressive. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped. Visitors should note that there is no a/c. This is usually fine, we had a few very hot days in August that made the nights uncomfortable. We bought some extra fans and it helped. Out of the owner's control - the road to the villa is unmade, so needs to be navigated carefully. It is a short journey to the sea and there are donkeys to greet in the neighbouring fields. There is a good Agriturismo restaurant in the neighbouring farm.

Nous avons passé une très agréable semaine dans cette magnifique maison où nous avons été très gentiment reçu par Arianna. Elle nous a laissé ses coordonnées pour toute question que nous aurions durant notre séjour. Nous retiendrons de ce havre de calme, sa piscine, sa vue magique sur la mer ou les paysages environnants.

Emplacement exceptionnel La maison ainsi que la piscine sont superbes. L’annonce manque de précision : la 3è chambre n’est pas au sein de la maison mais dans une dépendance. Ne conviendrait pas à une famille avec des enfants en bas âge. Une climatisation dans les chambres au lieu de ventilateurs serait la bienvenue. Nous avons été envahis par des fourmis y compris dans les lits, ma fille a du aller dormir dans le salon. Traumurlaub auf Sardinien Wir hatten 2 tolle Wochen, auf einer traumhaften Insel, in einem tollen Anwesen. Der Check-In war derart unkompliziert, da wir uns per WhatsApp anmeldeten un bei Ankunft (11.00 Uhr vormittags) der Schlüssel in der Tür steckte :-), einen Willkommensgruß stand in der Küche (Gebäck, Wein und kühles Wasser). Die Sauberkeit und die Ausstattung des Hauses übertrifft Alles, was wir bis jetzt erlebt haben. DIe gute Seele des Hauses, Maria kümmert sich um alle "Problemchen" und Wünsche so rührend, dass man sich sofort heimisch fühlt. Beim Pool wird ebenfalls sehr auf Sauberkeit geachtet und ist von der Größe und Beschaffenheit prima. Die Aussicht von der Terasse über den Olivenhain zum Meer ist traumhaft und entschädigt für die schlechten Straßen der Zufahrt. Einziger wehrmutstropfen des Hauses ist die fehlende Klimaanlage bei stickigen Nächten, aber eine Querlüftung über die insektenvergitterten Fenster hilft hier. Die Terasse bietet zu jeder Tageszeit sonnige und schattige Plätzchen zum ausruhen, speisen, spielen und mehr. Ein Tipp: für uns war es sehr angenehm bei An- und Abreise jeweils die Nachtfähre zu nehmen, so konnten wir die beiden Tage noch zusätzlich genießen...
