Ocean front nice location thats it rest nothing… Very old building not renovated long years bugs and cockroaches all around in the room, breakfast; Some bananas of you have lucky waffles fruit conservatives, boiled eggs and stale cinnamon cake nothing more, Staff nice and smiling trying to best under this circumstances. Rates are reasonable best choice around with this rates.

There was no parking hardly. The pillows smelled like old cat urine. The sheets had old stains like blood on it. The room had a musky smell to it.

I absolutely loved this hotel. The staff was so sweet and I always loved getting to chat with them when I was in and out of the lobby. Wakeem was so kind and helpful, and the staff at the desk and breakfast room were so open and friendly. They supported us so much during our stay, and I was here for about seven weeks. They did such a good job of making us feel welcomed and ensuring we were comfortable during our stay. The pool was so fun and honestly it was such a treat to be able to walk right outside and be on the beach. It was such a cheap price for all that you get, and especially being oceanfront. I also loved having a kitchen suite, it was so fun to cook and bake during our stay! I would come back in a heartbeat!

The most unsafe, dirty, scum infested, and outdated hotel I have ever encountered. I received the worst service cleaning that I ever witnessed 😫 unfortunately I already paid the hotel for another day stay with no refunds granted, so my family and I were forced to stay in filth for remainder of the night woke up to get coffee at 5am to have my brand new vehicle towed with towing company in quotes stating they could not see thru my tint to see my parking pass... when I immediately seen 4 noted vehicles on property including my husbands vehicle that did not have permits, but mine WAS TOWED AND FORCED TO PAY $180.00 which we do not have to spare to get my car out of lien. This HOTEL SAID AND DID NOTHING TO AVOID MY TOWING and stated they know nothing - no management in sight or no knowledge of a paying quest at their SITE ALL THE WHILE MY TWO VEHICLES ARE LISTED IN THEIR SYSTEM SINCE registration. I m completely appalled and reporting to BETTER BUSINESS ALL OF THE ABOVE INCLUDING PHOTOS... THE MARTINEZ FAMILY

We upgraded to a ocean view the belcony was great, But.............. we were promised a refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker. We had nothing a bed and a TV. When i checked out the lady at the front desk I think it was Lisa she was surprised to here this. We went there for the coca-Cola 400, we did not have time after checking in to go back down to the desk and complain. Lisa said she would see what she could do to make it right. Then within 24 hours the reimbursed me for the room which i did appreciate. Then a week later the RE=-CHARGED me. I called and spoke with Lori, and she said that we had the amenities but the door to the kitchenet was locked. Well Dah how would we know we have never stayed there before We thought is was a joining room we had no idea that we had to ask to have access to this. Lori also said she will check into this and see what she could do, she said I will get back to you, and on course SHE DID NOT. I had to call her again. she said she could reimburse me $25.00. Oh wow that is nothing considering we had no amenities that are promised. I WOULD DEFINATLY NO RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL. IT WAS A DIVE!!!!! needed lots of work.

Paid extra for an ocean front view. Got a sliver of the ocean and the building and parking lot next door. Room smelled musty. You have to wear a wristband all day to use the pool or go to breakfast. Was not what I asked for or paid for. It was for an anniversary trip, so was very disappointed. I even told the lady at checkin the the room didn't look like what I booked but she swore it was ocean view. Beware this place doesn't sell what they say on the website.
