Hotel con colazione inclusa a Ormoc

The room was small, compared to the original booking that I had reserved. They cannot find my booking reservations so they had to put me in 1 of the rooms available. I booked for a Deluxe Suite, and they said they can’t locate my booking. So they had to transfer me to a smaller room, which is quite a downgrade to what I had paid. No compensations provided. Anyway, the room was still fine, but cleanliness is not at its best. They didnt really do much effort to clear signs of previous visitor. See photo below. Overall experience, average.

Carlosta is by all impressions, a locally owned and run hotel. Whilst initially quality seems ok… it’s the attention to detail that is so completely lacking, and provincial way of doing things that spoils the stay. The room rates are reasonable, but our room had no window, so it was like staying in a large cupboard. The continue playing of the same three Christmas songs over and over on a loop (6am to 10pm) was particularly annoying especially as the sound was too loud in the corridors for the guest rooms. I appreciate its a ‘Ber month but too much! However, the most annoying aspect was how the hotel blatantly tries to take advantage of its guests with extras. Transport to the airport I was quoted an eye watering P7500, in coming I paid P4000 so almost double. The front desk made no further suggestions to assist me. Fortunately I worked it out for myself and paid only P200, in a shared air conditioned mini bus, perfectly acceptable. Same with massage service 1000/hr for the house therapist, or 200/hr hotel surcharge if we sourced our own. Now today’s final twist, the hotel no longer wishes to issue hand towels? What gives? To end on a positive note, the staff are very helpful and polite, but of course can only be as accommodating as the management permits. Has the potential to be a lot better.

Easy check-in and out. Very good (central) location. The room was tidy, very clean, good beds, big cabinets, very good wifi; shower & bathroom very fine. Unlimited cold 6 hot water. Additional free breakfast (very fine). The value for money is perfect. Once I come back to Ormoc, I would book this hotel again. No regrets, no complaints, very friendly and helpful staff.

All'hotel, non ho mangiato 🍽️, ma davanti a me 12PM c'è un mercato aperto # notturno, quindi ti consiglio di godere di cibo locale, pranzo e cena 🧡.Dopo di che, circa cinque minuti di distanza, ma c'è un famoso negozio di pizza 🍕 locale.Possiamo postare foto ❗️

L'hotel ha una buona posizione nella città di Ormoc. Il soggiorno è di valore per soldi. La palestra non è disponibile durante il mio soggiorno, ma in generale, il soggiorno è buono ...

The room was adequate for a short stay. It had the basic amenities needed, though nothing particularly stood out. The bed was comfortable enough, and the room was clean. However, the overall experience was fairly average, with no major issues but also nothing exceptional to note. It served its purpose.

Not sure if other hotels have or do not have hot water for shower. GV Hotel does not, please note. Also the shower is spacious but no seperate cubicle. The whole floor gets wet as you shower, may be a common feature in the tropical cities. Nevertheless, the proximity to SM Mall is the best feature, you can get everything in the Hypermarket and most of the popular food outlets under one roof, just a 2 minute walk opposite the same street. If you want to try the BBQ style, please visit first floor with very reasonable price. see photo here showing the menu.

Ho soggiornato a Don Felipe Hotel molte volte nel 2015. Era sempre la mia prima scelta per una stanza di vista sull'oceano. L'hotel ha la migliore vista e la migliore posizione di qualsiasi hotel a Ormoc! Seduto sul balcone della vostra stanza Ocean View, mangiare un servizio di colazione in camera, è un vero trattamento che mi è piaciuto! Don Felipe Hotel è convenientemente situato lungo la strada dalla ferry Pier e dal terminal di autobus. Puoi prendere il traghetto Ocean Jet a Cebu, o il Super Cat ad altre isole. Le camere sono grandi, con AC e mini frigo. Scarica il lavandino al desk front, poiché il servizio lavanderia è disponibile a basso costo. Andate al Café di Lorenzo e sedetevi sul patio per una piacevole esperienza di mangiare. Mercury Drug si trova dietro l'hotel, per tutte le vostre toilette, acqua in bottiglia e snacks. McDonald's è a piedi, a pochi isolati, e Jollibee's è a pochi isolati di distanza. È necessario ottenere un triciclo per andare al centro commerciale Gaisano. Don Felipe è un hotel più vecchio che potrebbe usare alcuni aggiornamenti. In una stanza di vista sugli oceani, si sperimenterà un po' di rumore di traffico. Per un soggiorno più tranquillo, prova una stanza di Vista di città. Ma poi non c'è vista! Sono anche alcune camere molto economiche in un ali aggiuntivo sul primo piano. Sono rimasto in una delle camere quando l'hotel era pieno, e non erano disponibili camere di vista sugli oceani. Queste sono piccole e non raccomandate, ma bastano se hai solo bisogno di un posto per dormire. Ho sempre goduto il mio soggiorno a Don Felipe, e ancora è il mio numero uno di scelta per stare a Ormoc, a causa della vista e della comoda posizione.
