In generale, un soggiorno decente abbastanza. Dice che è un hotel 4 stelle, ma certamente direi 3 stelle superiori. Piscina era decente, la camera era buona. Certamente non le attrezzi che mi aspettavo in un hotel 4 stelle. Non è stato offerto servizio valet. Credo che l'hotel sia stato appena acquistato da Marriott, quindi forse sono in transizione e sarà un po' più in alto presto!

Hotel room was clean and comfortable during my stay! Great amenities and also great service staff! Would highly recommend to stay in Orlando if you want to be close to the theme parks! Lots of food places just a close walk too!

E' annoiante, quindi conosco bene il rief, ma questo è uno dei migliori hotel che abbia mai fatto. Le strutture sono così grandi. Penso sia un grande merito avere un taxi d'acqua dall'hotel all'Universal. Non mi aspettavo un taxi dell'acqua, pensavo solo che fosse un giro di stanza, ma la vista di prendere un taxi dell'hotel a Universal è davvero spettacolare. Pensavo di essere in Asia sudorientale. Piuttosto, è stato così bello che il modo di prendere un taxi d'acqua era più memorabile di Universal.Personalmente, penso che sia mezzo viaggio per andare a Universal, ma non prendo un taxi d'acqua. So che circa 4 hotel universali affiliati operano taxi acqua, quindi ti consiglio di prendere un taxi acqua anche se non sei qui. C'è una linea di attesa, ma è un posto davvero buono, quindi non devi aspettare troppo, e se non vuoi aspettare, ci vogliono solo 10-15 minuti a piedi. La piscina dell'hotel è anche un vero e proprio asse. Ci sono alberi di palma e si può godere dell'atmosfera unica per la Florida. Ci sono anche le luci e i bagni caldi, quindi è davvero buono per rilassarsi. Ho usato il ristorante nell'hotellobby, ma se pensi al prezzo degli Stati Uniti da $15 a $20 per menu, il prezzo non è molto oneroso per un hotel. Anche se i cocktail non sono i migliori, penso che possano alleviare la stanchezza del corpo stanco e finire bene il giorno. Forse è per Natale che ci sono buone performance di chitarra davanti a te, e è un buon momento per gli occhi, le orecchie e la bocca. Il buffet del colazione non era molto buono e non molto mancato, solo il livello del buffet del colazione dell'hotel Il prezzo dell'alloggio è stato di 200.000 dollari al giorno, ma non è stato male, visto che è il giorno di Natale, una delle migliori stagioni dell'anno, il prezzo era simile a quello di Hilton vicino a Disney il giorno precedente. Personalmente mi piaceva molto meglio di Hilton lì. Mi piace l'hotel tanto quanto pensavo, quindi non sono andato a Universal e volevo rimanere all'hotel tutto il giorno. Non potevo farlo perché avevo intenzione di rimanere in un hotel qui, ma se avete intenzione di rimanere qui, consiglio di godere di una vacanza in hotel per circa un giorno durante il programma Universal. Se sei in Universal fino all'ora di chiusura di Universal, non puoi godere pienamente del merito dell'hotel. Infine, perché è un grande hotel, il personale è molto amichevole, e c'è un onere aggiuntivo per WiFi veloce

Esperienza straordinaria. L'area della piscina era la nostra preferita. Fantastici parchi acquatici per i bambini. Ci siamo divertiti un mondo. La prima volta che soggiorniamo e torneremo.

I have stayed at an Aloft before but this one was particularly disappointing for a multiple-night business trip stay. The hotel is connected with the Element hotel next door (it shares the connected gym as well as parking lot), so first off, one should compare rates. The Aloft is located behind a couple of fast food restaurants near Sea World. Check-in experience was subpar, taking extensive time as the sole agent was on the phone for ten minutes, not even looking up at me to acknowledge me waiting. The room itself is sparing: hard floors; exposed rack bar for a “closet”; no wall dividing the bathroom area; built in shower with flimsy plastic door. The decor was quirky, with repeating wallpaper that has random images interspersed; a window curtain that has matrix-like number grids on it; a wall decal sticker in the corner with electrical diagram shapes. The decor gave the room an irreverent but also chintzy feel. And the room's limited functionality was a big challenge, especially when the hotel cut corners on even the most basic operations. The bathroom sink light only had one of the two *****s working. There was no iron provided, just a crappy steamer. The bathroom amenities, drybar-branded bottles attached to the wall, are overperfumed (and I had 2x conditioner bottles, and no shampoo bottle--though housekeeping remedied this for the next day). The electrical outlets in the room are poorly situated and the pop-out one by the table cannot accommodate an apple laptop plug because it’s too narrow. And the oval desk by the seating area doesn’t really work for a laptop; it was thoroughly uncomfortable trying to work in the room. Noise from the hallway was pretty bad. The worst part of this hotel was that the claim of “daily housekeeping” is an outright lie—they only change garbage and towels and won’t change linens even if asked, despite the fact that the hotel website falsely advertises this (upon check-in, they hand you a letter at the front saying linen service is only every five days, as if this absolves them from responsibility). The room really could have used a thorough cleaning, as well; I walked in the room in socks which were gross on the bottom by the end. This housekeeping claim is clearly bait and switch. The gym does have a lot of equipment, though the two stretching mats look like they’ve been attacked by rats, with huge pieces of the mats missing. The elevators are slow and you have to push buttons on each elevator separately. The parking charge of $24 / day is highway robbery. Checkout was smooth though they could not print the bill for some reason (laziness?). Overall, I would not stay at this property again. It does not suit a professional needing to work in the evenings and sleep comfortably.

I figured my room would be like the picture with the small sofa- it was your standard room with 2 queen beds. Wish that it would have clarified that not all rooms have the sofa .
