La camera era ok, niente di entusiasmante. Eravamo infestati da piccoli ragni ma non mi davano fastidio. La posizione era perfetta, a pochi passi da Icon Park e da altri ristoranti e attrazioni, questa è praticamente la parte migliore. Il villaggio in sé era carino e anche il cibo era buono.

Parcheggio estremamente difficile durante la notte. Non c'è abbastanza parcheggio in questo hotel. Ho dovuto parcheggiare vicino alla stazione di servizio insieme a molti altri. Fortunatamente la mia macchina non è stata rimorchiata.

Il personale della hall e della reception era super cordiale e disponibile. La camera lasciava un po' a desiderare con la porta del bagno che sbatteva, il WC a 4 pollici dalla vasca ma a 3 piedi dal rotolo. Il parcheggio era molto comodo e vicino a molti ristoranti e al parco delle icone. I canali televisivi non erano ottime opzioni, ma è quello che è. L'aria condizionata era pessima e bussava tutta la notte ma manteneva la stanza fredda! Per il prezzo e la posizione, ci tornerei per un breve viaggio di una notte.

La lobby e l'area della piscina sono belle. Il caffè a bordo piscina era buono. Le camere/gli edifici erano un po' datati. Le camere sono quasi insonorizzate. Fuori c'era musica ad alto volume e non l'abbiamo sentita finché non abbiamo aperto la porta.

La camera familiare con letti a castello era perfetta per la nostra famiglia con bambini. Questo è tutto. La camera era ammuffita, il bagno era disgustoso. Puzzava di urina e muffa. I letti a castello per bambini avevano solo un lenzuolo con angoli e un lenzuolo sopra. Nessuna coperta per i bambini. Una stanza in fondo al corridoio da noi aveva una montagna di spazzatura seduta fuori dalla stanza con scatole di snack, bottiglie di alcol vuote, coperte sporche. Davvero trash. L'intero posto era fatiscente. Non ci tornerei.

After 8 years we returned to Wyndham ID. It was not bad, but the rooms are a bit deteriorated. I shall blame Covid. But overall, a nice stay for family. The swimming pool was still nice and i like the ducks in the pond. The staff is helpful, and a lot has changed. It was quiet and very good to come to rest for vacation.

I asked my 9 and 14 year old to describe this hotel in 1 word....rachet. I am here now and: Room floors need cleaning. You cannot walk around the room without flip flops. The walls, ceilings, "common touch areas" are disgusting. Bathroom-you will be in an inch deep of gross water while bathing as the drain does not drain. The pipes are disgusting and hanging out the wall. Really only need during our say is clean towels. Cannot even get that. The front desk just told me "they weren't paging again" for towels that were requested at 6. (It's 9:18) I frequently stay at wyndham, as I am a diamond member and have never stayed somewhere this bad. I used points to stay here and wouldn't stay again if I got paid to. I am here for a volleyball tournament and only needed a sufficient place to sleep for about 8 hours. A park bench would probably been better. The pictures on the website are not even close to accurate so I will post accurate pictures. Also TV and phone does not work in room. I am not a fan of people complaining without reporting, but since I can't even get towels...I am pretty sure nothing will be done about this. I am not sure how board of health does not shut this place down. In all fairness, the location is amazing.

Where to start. Let's discuss the big things. The bathtub was stained, the building I was staying in had the ice machine removed with no indication where I could get ice. I went to two other buildings to see the ones there were either not plugged in or had a sign saying out of order. I went to the front desk and barely got any acknowledgment. Was told to go to the bar in the middle of the complex, but they were closed. I had to walk to the gas station every night to get a new bag of ice to put in my cooler that I also had to buy just to keep things cold. Why not use the in-room fridge, I hear you ask? Well, it wasn't cold either. Trying keeping dairy products in there only for it to turn bad. So I had to keep everything in my styrofoam cooler. Speaking of not being cold, the AC unit ran 24/7 just to keep the room at a warm 75. The toilet took forever to fill, making every trip there a test of patience. With some doors, you needed a key to get in but it was about 50/50 on whether they even closed all the way or even locked when they were closed. Don't leave anything of value in the rooms. Most hotels will have that little string thing over the tub to hang your wet clothes. Not this one. No shelves in the shower to put soaps and shampoos Bar/restaurant would close at arbitrary times. Was told they'd be open until 11p but would go by there after 9p and they would be closed. Sprinklers did a great job watering the only sidewalk, making it impossible to go to neighboring restaurants and shops without getting wet. Only reason I didn't give this place one star was the location to nearby restaurants and I didn't die. I reached out to this hotel twice without a response. Only after going through corporate did I get a response. They offered me reward points. I had to pay out of pocket for things that should be included in the price of my stay. All they had to do was knock off $20 off of my bill to have me stay there again and to not leave a bad review but they couldn't be bothered to do that. I assume they know they'll sell out the rooms because it's Orlando. I could have stayed here every summer for the next four years for tournaments but nope. Avoid. It's gross and their customer service is non-existent.

This place is the funking worst. The wifi here is byfar the WORST and i mean THE WORST FUNKING INTERNET I HAD THE DISPLEASURE OF USING. I cant do a funk thing because of how shietty this internet is. I CANNOT believe this place was ALLOWED to run because this internet IS FUNKING HORRIBLE. I LAG ON EVERY GAME I PLAY, IT TAKES 30 MINUTES TO LOAD ONE TAB ON MY COMPUTER, AND MY PHONE IS AS SLOW AS THE KIDS THE THE SPECIAL ED CLASS. Do NOT come here i am warning you. This place is the ABSOLUTE WORST PLACE TO BOOK. LITTERALY GO ANYWHERE ELSE. Thank you for your time.

I just love your Hotel, you were able to meet my requests re: having to stay close to the conference centre because of some disabilities I have. I so appreciated that, it made my 8 day stay so much more pleasurable and I will be booking for next year.......I have decided this is where I want to be in February.....beats Canada.....

For starters the maid came by once and never saw her again our garbage wasn’t emptied once the whole time we stayed here and beds were never made or changed also the rooms smell.Some of there staff is also very rude, we went down to the pool for a night swim and one of the employees comes in and very rudely tells us to leave 30 minutes early my son also informed the front desk that there is a leak in the roof and they responded by raising their voice saying “ We Know” it really isn’t hard to be nice to a kid? also their AI bartender serves expired juice and we had to ask the front desk for a new drink. If your looking stay in your hotel all vacation this is not the place👎

Terrible experience with a smelly room, no trash cans, no microwave, no fridge. Building #5 where I stayed was at the very far end of the property that I had to walk almost a mile to the front desk for assistance because the phone was not working either.
