Good hotel to stay at. We were near a lot of stores. If you want to save some money, this is a good spot to stay at in Orlando.

The hot tub doesn't get hot. It's been broken for months is what they told us. No problems, I'll take a hot bath... But the tub is peeling off in the water. The breakfast is minimal and not allergen friendly. The breakfast area is so sticky it took my flip flop right off! Housekeeping will open the door without knocking, before Checkout time. They will continue to knock every few minutes until checkout. Very stressful way to start the day.

Hotel staff very nice and helpful. Our shower broke and they switched us to a new room right off. Rooms are very nicely updated and redone except for a few on the 5th floor from what I could tell

Great location & easy access for parks, restaurants & shopping. Good coffee & breakfast made it easy to get the day started & on your way. Staff was friendly, helpful & visible, especiall the breakfast areas & front desk.Carpeting in common areas needs replaced as it was wavy, creating uneasy footing, trip hazard. Good value & experience. Would visit again.

Staff was friendly. Breakfast was nice and my kids enjoyed the waffles. The pool was closed due to a light rain and no lightening which was disappointing. There were dried buggers on the sheets when we arrived. Towels were taken to wash and not replaced so we had to go find them ourselves. Super close to the parks which was great.

It was not bad but you can tell that it needs various things to be updated. Bed covering were not the best. Staff was nice and helpful. Breakfast was very good.

The rooms were newly renovated. Bathrooms beautiful and clean. Breakfast each morning in their dining area provided enough choices to choose from. Front desk personnel were great. We really liked Carlos, Franklin and we think the young lady name was tati. They assisted my family in changing rooms before we traveled to Universal. They were very helpful.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. Great location, nice room with a small couch and coffee table. The staff was very helpful. Free breakfast and transportation to Universal.
