"他家潛水服務很好 價格也不錯 裝備很新 潛導也非常棒 但是如果不是住潛一起的話 就事論事 單訂酒店住 則非常不推薦 房間倒挺大 客房服務為0 住了四天 沒有服務 飲水是我每天自己去超市買 最後一天不想買了找前台要也給 反正我一個人住也不挑 不過三百多一晚價錢在pg島選擇會非常多 酒店沒有提供餐食項目 可以點房間提供的湘廚飯館家菜單 但是飯館是家黑店 湖南人開的口味根本不正宗 pg吃飯物價很貴但是老闆還會多算你錢 一定要結賬時候把價錢算好 一查賬單飯館老闆裝糊塗 啊弄錯了"

DDr.CHENGThis is a newly renovated hotel. The first floor is the 711 supermarket, which is very convenient. The second floor is the hotel's KTV and bar counter, and the third floor is the hotel's guest rooms. Sabang is very small, and the hotel is close to both the dock and the dive shop. After each dive, you can return to the hotel to freshen up and rest. The hotel is equipped with security and surveillance, and there is a safe in the room, which provides security for every customer, especially when you need to keep valuable items such as cash in the safe, which will be very safe. The hotel staff have a good service attitude and will help guests solve any problems. PG is a diving paradise, I will come here again next time.
这是一家新装修好的酒店，一楼是711超市非常方便，二楼是酒店的ktv和酒店吧台，三楼是酒店的客房。Sabang很小，酒店距离码头和潜店都很近，每一次潜水完后都可以回酒店洗漱和休息。酒店配备保安和监控，房间里有保险柜，这给每一个客户带来了安全保障，特别是你需要将现金等贵重物品放在保险柜中，这将会非常安全。酒店工作人员服务态度很好，会帮助客人解决任何问题。PG是一个潜水圣地，下一次我还会来这里。

UUtente ospiteNon si può assolutamente raccomandare questo posto abbastanza alto. È un po' più in fondo al mare, ma si è bloccato dal rumore mentre era ancora sul mare. La stanza era immacolata e spaziale, pulita ogni giorno e (incredibilemente) senza mosquito. Il ristorante offre cibo fantastico a un prezzo molto alto e l'intero luogo ha una famiglia viva.E questo è il punto che io apprezzo molto sul luogo. Io ero solo in viaggio durante la vacanza di Natale e le signore che gestiscono l'hotel erano così benvenute e amichevole.Mi hanno offerto di unirmi alla loro cena di Natale e hanno tenuto colazione aperta per me 15-20 minuti di ritardo per poter catturare il 9am immersione e ancora Mangia quando sono tornato. Erano tutti così carini, non mi sentiva come se fossi sola durante la festa. Se avessi mai visitato PG di nuovo, resterò al 100% fuori dal blu.

UUtente anonimoCasalay Resort truly felt like a home away from home. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the amazing staff who made us feel like family. Everyone was incredibly kind, thoughtful, and genuinely caring — we especially loved catching up with them after our daily activities. It’s those small, personal touches that made our stay so special and unforgettable.
The resort itself is a peaceful and beautiful escape — the villas are charming and surrounded by nature. Breakfast was always delicious and filling, the perfect way to start each day.
We do have a few small suggestions that might make future stays even better:
1. Blackout curtains on the villa verandas for those who like to sleep in.
2. Clothing hooks in the shower or changing rooms would be super convenient.
3. It would be great to have an option for two queen beds in rooms, especially for friends traveling together.
4. And if all villas are fully booked, we think it would be such a lovely idea for the resort to organize a long dinner or a small evening activity for all guests to connect and enjoy the evening together under the stars.
Overall, we had an amazing experience and are already looking forward to coming back. Thank you again to the entire Casalay team for making our stay so warm, relaxing, and memorable. We’ll definitely be recommending your resort to our family and friends — 100% love and appreciation from us to all of you!

UUtente ospiteMolto buona esperienza, la stanza è pulita, la spaziosa e luminosa, le strutture sono nuove e il personale è molto amichevole!Il capo è il fratello maggiore di Guangdong, ci prende cura molto di noi, ci ha anche fatto un delizioso cibo cinese 🥢 Hotel è tranquillo, buona privacy, la spiaggia e l'acqua del mare sono molto pulite, la prossima volta dovrò venire 👍

BBartaOur stay at Badladz Beach and dive resort was amazing. From the moment we arrived till our departure. We stayed there for 5 wonderful days.
We had initially booked a room and when we got there decided to upgrade to a fully furnished condo. Which was excellent choice, the staff was really helpful and assisted us with all our requests. The cleanliness of the resort and rooms was satisfactory, the food was well prepared and delicious Kudos to the Chef, we did eat outside however i personally did not find the food a enjoyable as at the resort. They gave us great tips about where to go for activities such as Jet Ski, parasailing and snorkeling. People on the island are friendly and helpful. The tricycle rides are 50 pesos, they have fix rates for rides and activities at Minolo Port. One of the things i liked is the water was more clear and less dep at Badladz Resort compared to White Beach. For kids is better and more fun. We recommend this resort for friends, family and for hosting events, It is the right place to enjoy your stay while in Puerto Galera.

UUtente ospiteL'hotel è costruito molto interessante come un castello medievale. C'è una piscina sul territorio, a volte la musica vivente viene giocata intorno a sé in serata. In le camere mobili da albero naturale, letti chic con baldachin. Il condizionatore d'aria ha funzionato bene. Il ristorante è delizioso cibo e un 20% di sconto per gli ospiti dell'hotel. L'hotel non è sulla spiaggia ma vicino, in una posizione conveniente nel centro. Delle carenze: non sempre era acqua calda, la camera non funzionava. Alcuni stanze sono alte, salire su le scale è difficile, non c'è ascensore. Per il loro denaro è una buona opzione.

Pros:
- The lady who was in charge (We think she's the manager) is really nice and helpful.
- Distance: THIS WAS THE ULTIMATE DEAL. Hotel is near the beach and most of the local restaurants so we didn't experience any problem. (I recommend the cafe and 'Terminal' near the beach 😊)
- AC and the room was perfect. It was really hot outside and the temp plus the room felt really homey and comfy
- The hotel was really pretty or what we call aesthetic. My baby really liked the designs
- Free breakfast and coffee was a good deal, but don't expect too much.
- How much we got the reservation for 3d2n. Great offer from this app :)
- Staff are nice especially the ones in the restaurant. Wasn't able to ask her name but she was a waiter there and also served our food (afternoon) and the guy who was at the front desk when we checked out
Cons:
- Service fee. I do understand that this is necessary to support the staff, but if you are on a tight budget it might be better to eat outside (sorry...)
- Food was too expensive for the quality and the quantity... I recommend the chicken inasal since it had a big portion.
- Room service and cleanliness - Manager said we could ask for a room service and we could just call them of we need one. We called them on our second day and we waited until our stay ended but no onr came to clean 😅 The girl who answered the phone was kinda masungit or maybe it was the tone of her voice. She told me that they are quiet busy at the moment and told me to just wait - I do understand if they're short staffed or something? But the dirt was kinda bothering us already so we just tried to clean the room on our own
- Cockroaches and ants. So in connection to my previous review... Yes, there are cockroaches in the room especially the bathroom. It doesn't help that they don't clean the rooms daily.
- Breakfast is not a room service. You have to go down to the restaurant and eat it there.
- Room view. Our room was in the corner of the hotel. Our view was okay because we are can view the pool... And our neighbors ac unit lmao. On the plus side since the units were emitting hot air, it was easier for us to dry our towels 😂 It was really different from the picture.
- Pool was kinda dirty
- Overpriced goods. They have a mini store in the hotel but it would be better to pack up snacks or drinks before coming here.
- OUTSIDE FOOD ARE NOT ALLOWED. Better be careful when bringing meals in the hotel.
Even after listing this, we would still love to come back and stay here. I do hope they give us a better room next time 😅
