Hotel in zona Bustul lui Aleksandr Pușkin, Orhei

The rooms are big and luxurious, with amazing views of the city and the hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of both the city centre and Valea Morilor Park. The staff are friendly and attentive and speak English well and the hotel offers great recommendations on things to do and places to eat. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Chisinau.

La posizione dell'hotel è fantastica, ma il servizio e la cortesia del personale sono molto cattivi. Due giovani donne si siedono alla reception e sono principalmente occupate dei loro cellulari. Anche al check-in e check-out, qualcosa è stato fatto accanto al cellulare. Inoltre, durante le conversazioni, è stato evitato il contatto visivo e si sono sedute. Come ospite, si è sentito piuttosto un fattore di disturbo. Il buffet del furgone era buono. Tuttavia, il caffè e il tè dovevano essere recuperati al bar. Le ordinazioni sono state confermate con un furgone stanco. Non c'era ancora un orientamento al cliente. Purtroppo non posso valutare il ristorante interno Ludo (5° piano), perché sono tornato dopo circa 20 minuti di attesa, perché nessun cameriere è arrivato alla mia tavola ben visibile. A questo proposito, si deve ricordare che solo circa 5 ospiti erano nel ristorante e circa 5 camerieri si siedevano senza moto al bar.

L'hotel è in una posizione centrale eccellente su una bella strada pedonale accanto a un bel parco. E il servizio è stato grande. Il personale del front desk mi ha aiutato a organizzare tour guidati della Moldova e anche assicurato il mio trasporto all'aeroporto. Molto utile e amichevole.Mi è piaciuto davvero stare qui mentre visitavo Chisinau.

There are many quality and affordable hotels in Chisinau, but the Wine Hotel would be a bad choice for the following reasons: 1. Location: Not the best location as there are few restaurants nearby and a bit far from the center. The neighborhood isn't very interesting. 2. Hotel: The hotel is located on the fourth floor of a building without an elevator. You'll have to carry your bags up the stairs as there is no one to help you. The rooms are clean but pretty basic with air conditioner, a not very comfortable bed. a tv, no safe and basically no bathroom amenities. No water is provided but the free internet is reliable. 3. Breakfast: This is the only meal that they serve. The selection is very limited and of average quality. If you get there at 9 (served till 10), there might not be any food available as they don't replenish. One positive is that they serve a free glass of wine/day. 4. Staff: Most of the staff are not service orientated and can be rude and unhelpful. The manager frequently arrives late to work. They won't allow you to leave your bags at the hotel for a day or so if you are going out of town. And if they run out of food for breakfast and you complain, instead of finding a solution to the problem, they'll tell you that other guests took too much food and basically, you're out of luck. So unprofessional. It's apparent from the staff's attitude that they aren't well trained and don't care about their guests. Even though the Wine Hotel is affordable, there are better options. I would avoid it like the plaque.

Il mio soggiorno all'hotel : nessun ascensore , nessun bagno , nessuna acqua . Buona cosa accanto a lui , andare a comprare .Tutto sul sito dice che è incluso nel costo , e non nel living.L'unico plus è puro . In camera da letto, la matrigna è terribile, tutte in primavera, è impossibile mentire.Sulla ragazza respiratoria Yulia, non benvenuta, non benvenuta e questo membro del personale è respiratorio?!È come se fosse tornata a casa sua. L'aspetto non è adatto per l'hotel, non presentativo, non nemmeno un badge di nome (e sono 4 stelle per un minuto)Non si siede nemmeno nel suo posto di lavoro, non è sempre sul respiratorio.Voglio prestare attenzione alla gestione dell'hotel, Chi si prende per lavorare .E così si può rimanere senza clienti .Non consiglio nessuno per questo denaro , restare in questo hotel .
