Who is ACCORN GROUP? anybody knows? They are ripping off customers and there is no email to contact them there is no complains site or any form of contacting about the stay at their hotels. really odd. I have been trying to make a complain since my stay at one of their hotels in Poissy in France. A small town outside Paris and they not only charged me £58.00 for a night but there wasn't hot water. Absolutely appalling. Not only that, but they also call security on me after my complain - they gave me a number email to contact. not a name a number??? you do not have any rights now on complaining about your rights, your money? amazing absolutely discussed about the service and the way it was conducted. How can there be a problem with hot water and get away with it without telling customers?? Ok. the manager tried to solve the problem - even though that was a nice gesture it did disrupt my stay and my day. I asked for a refund, but I do not have any email or away to contact this people. I was told to contact the HR which is an email composed by a number... H3586 - what is this? By that I want to make it clear to everyone - be careful when you check in to this places Ibisbudget and so on...
