Hotel in zona Pebbles in my Pocket, Orem

Molto piacevole soggiorno a Hampton Inn a Orem Utah. Personale amichevole e utile, soprattutto Ashley, andò a un chilometro di più per essere utile. Grande posizione, abbiamo goduto il nuovo ristorante thailandese a un isolato di distanza, il corallo d'oro è anche buono. Ci piaceva la camera pulita, la sala colazione e la sala da pranzo.

La camera è grande, le strutture sono nuove e la reception è entusiasta. A causa dell'epidemia, la colazione deve essere consumata alla reception e viene preparato un sacchetto di carta da portare via. È conveniente. Comfort Inn è l'hotel più consigliato in questo viaggio.

Torna a Las Vegas da Jackson Township, fermati qui per una notte di riposo, non lontano dall'uscita dell'alta velocità, c'è un ristorante fast food di una stazione di servizio accanto, molto comodo, molto vicino al lago Utah, vai al lago successivo mattina per vedere ... L'hotel è molto buono.

La stanza è un po'distinta. Dice alla reception, l'atteggiamento della reception è duro, non può cambiare la stanza, e tutto il resto è buono, soprattutto in un ambiente di prima classe!

Un hotel molto conveniente per la zona Provo, di base ma ha tutto quello che ti serve. 50 dollari di deposito all'arrivo che potrebbero catturare alcune persone

We had so many conflicting experiences with this hotel... We stayed here about 6 years ago and it was great. This time, mostly disappointing. We stayed here for a week - this time not for a wedding, but for a funeral. Check-in was fine and the room seemed good... until we raised the toilet lid and discovered that it had not been cleaned and in fact, was coated with what looked like the previous guest's diarrhea. We were exhausted from our drive, so didn't ask for it to be cleaned until the following morning (I know... gross). When I went to ask the front desk to have housekeeping clean it, the front desk person said ”I don't clean toilets”... as if I was asking HER to go up and clean the toilet. I responded ”ummm you look like a front desk person... maybe ask housekeeping to clean it??” Also that morning, our room started to smell like diesel exhaust. The source was some dude outside (we were on the 2nd floor) our window, letting his huge, backed in truck idle for at least 30 minutes, while the exhaust was pointed at the building. We were leaving at that point and hoped that the room would air out by the time we returned (which it did). While the guy's truck was idling, I noticed the hotel manager standing there for about 15 minutes, chatting with the guy (this fact will come up later). When we returned that evening the toilet had been scrubbed thoroughly, thank goodness. Next morning, once again, the room filled up with diesel exhaust from the truck parked below our window. My husband decided to go talk to the front desk about it. He talked to the manager, who basically treated him like he was delusional... that there is no truck idling below our window. When we left, I pointed out the manager and asked my husband if that was the person he had talked to about the truck, to which my husband replied ”yes”. I then told him ”that guy was talking (standing next the the truck while it idled) to the truck owner yesterday for at least 15 minutes... he knows that the truck was sitting there, pouring exhaust towards the building”. So basically, the manager lied to my husband. The hotel wasn't automatically sending housekeeping in to clean stay-over rooms, citing Covid as their reason. (you could get your room cleaned if you asked). I understand this, but if you're going to cite Covid to not do something that you normally do, maybe ask your staff to wear masks? During the entire week we were there, we saw only one staff member wearing a mask. Now for the good stuff: the breakfast staff was great. Very friendly and diligent to keep the area clean and stocked. The lobby was kept clean (even with some snow being tracked in) and tidy at all times. The hotel is very conveniently located by the I-15 and yes, the state liquor store. I had misplaced a necklace and thought that maybe I had left it in the room. When my husband called to ask if someone could go look for it, the front desk person was very helpful and kind, going up to the room

Provo ha una famosa università di Birmingham, ma non abbiamo tempo per fare il bagno.L'hotel è pulito, anche se il colazione è semplice, ma il sapore è buono. Wal Mart è molto vicino all'hotel e è molto conveniente comprare.

La colazione decente, l'omelette era davvero buona una mattina e c'erano sempre cibo cotto, pasticceria, formaggi di frutta, una macchina da waffle, pudding di riso, bevande fredde, ecc così direi che probabilmente la parte migliore del personale era amichevole, sono stati in bagno, è un posto conveniente con un bel interno, ma sembrava che le cose non fossero abbastanza giuste... Era così forte che non avevo dormito tranquille notti, come famiglia avevamo 3 camere e tutti commentavano il rumore del sistema con aria così non mi sono reso conto che la mia stanza era più alta fino a quando mio fratello non era nella mia stanza per vedere un film l'ultima sera, veniva dalla cucina e era davvero disturbante anche con i colli I luminati erano così dimmi manteni 5 luci in bagno e luci in camera Servizio era delizioso ma un'ora dopo che abbiamo ordinato ci siamo scesi a vedere quanto tempo sarebbe stato ricevuto entro i prossimi 10 minuti, quindi pensano che ci dimenticassero (era solo una quesadilla e una pasta che è per questo che abbiamo chiamato quando era stata un'ora) La piscina non è riscaldata, quindi il tubo caldo è grande per saltare subito dopo! Ma non ci sono camere cambiate in modo che si possa camminare dalle tollerance di giochi in piscina vicino alla porta o cambiare in piscina (invece di una camera cambiante con una porta nella piscina come mi aspettavo) Vorrei valutare più, ma sembra quasi che si concentrino su cose più grandi dimenticando le basi? Il servizio, il caffè sempre caldo e il colazione è Bomb!!! . Raccomando questo La Quinta Inn a Orem, Utah a chiunque cerca un posto per soggiornare. Rodney, il signore che mi ha controllato il sabato sera, era un vero professionista e si è persino allontanato dal suo modo di raccontare la zona circostante, quindi ero ben dotato di conoscenza di tutto ciò che c'era in quella zona. Ha avuto un atteggiamento molto forte e era come 1230. Grazie La Quinta Inn a Orem, Utah. Tornerò!
