酒店大廳特別典雅，很多實木裝飾，進店獻哈達，很有儀式感，小朋友特別開心。 前台入住和退房辦理迅速，國慶節還給主動升級了套房，可以看到烏蘭木倫湖，景色很美。 早餐種類比較豐富，羊肉面水平不穩定，第一天味道很好，第二天味道太淡了，但總體都很好吃。 酒店的床品也很舒服，就是房間比較熱，晚上得開窗户才能睡着，不知道是不是開了地暖。雖然是今年剛開業的酒店，但是兩間房，一間房間幾乎沒有味道通風也好，另一間有很濃的香薰味通風也比較差，服務人員説是自動散味的，也不能徹底關… 整個酒店前台和大堂人員都很熱情，但是服務響應太慢了，第一天打電話給孩子要洗漱用品説是沒有了，第二天去前台要就給拿了，也不知道是真沒有還是有別的原因。 整體來説很好，就是客房服務還欠缺一些，會推薦給朋友，希望下次來能更好。

整體7-8分，位置就不説了因為沒租車（備註:反正在康巴什去哪都可以騎共享電單車樓下就有，去遠的地方可以打車），早餐不錯種類不少七八點去吃的舒心乾淨，還有奶茶麪條煮好盛在碗裏吃多少自取，衞生每天都打掃，就是房間隔音不太好，半夜十二點多有隔壁大哥房間説話給吵醒😱，跟酒店前台説了前台還是很給力上來跟大哥溝通後也就沒聲音了，早餐不錯，房間無異味，就是電視不太行遙控器要換了（但是可以投屏），房間有三個窗户還有小度智能語音控制，房間冰箱洗衣機空調均有，就是熱水器水不夠多（電熱水器要注意用水量），需要小童牙刷、洗衣液跟前台説，晚上康巴什人跡罕至😂基本上白天晚上上下班高峯期也看不到啥人，城市很乾凈非常乾淨，天很藍，去的時候趕上大暴雨降温凍死在夏天，鄂爾多斯很適合輕鬆避暑。

room was clean and spacious. No complaints here. Checking in and out worked smoothly. But 2 things I have to complain about: 1) I have no idea why some people say the breakfast is great. For me and my wife it was terrible. Possibly the worst breakfast I ever had. Yes, they have a lot to offer. But somehow they make everything taste cheap and ”weird”. I ended up eating some dry bread with jam, because I couldn't eat anything else. I suspect that they don't cook by themselves, but buy some cheap readymade food and sell it as ”fresh”. Also, the breakfast still looks exactly the same as the pictures from more than 6 months ago. No change at all 2) no option to clean the clothes is ridiculous. I have no problem to pay or wash by myself but both they didn't allow me to do. I never saw this before. All in all it's not bad. If you don't care about the breakfast and don't want to wash your clothes, this hotel might be for you. The rooms are good and the service also very nice (apart from ”you can guess” the breakfast staff)
