我住218房，房間閑得比較舊。入住當晚下雨，房間居然漏雨，把放在寫字枱上的背包淋濕，背包裏面的文件袋弄濕，放在裏面的創可貼濕透無法用！早起發現漏雨聯繫前台，告知換房間，沒有上來查看的意思，再三要求下前台服務員前來勘察，照了照片告知會通知工程部。除了免房費沒有其他賠償可能！
酒店位置不錯，離市政府主要廣場和噴泉不遠，所以選擇此地。此行經歷以後勸小夥伴考慮清楚，同樣區域有很多同檔次酒店可以選擇！

酒店位置不在鬧市區，距離康巴什成吉思汗廣場步行5分鐘，美食廣場，呼能廣場也就15分鐘路程，喜歡散步的，可以直接走到烏蘭木倫湖。
酒店二居，設施比較新，臨街但很安靜
早餐不推薦了，我訂的房間無早

第一天給我安排的房間讓人感覺很破天花板的發潮了，我也算了，但是我比較怕熱他這個空調，酒店不是一天都給你開的，我也不知道是為了省電還是什麼，這個是我最接受不了的，第一天我就換酒店了，可以看圖片，因為真的很熱，後半夜那個空調又冷死，第二天因為我朋友有事回去了，我開了兩天就回去住了，一洗澡説直接水漫金山了，包放地上都濕了，好在後麪給我換了一個房間，但是我認為體驗真的很差，特別是空調和天花板都爛掉了，很影響心情，希望改進吧

前台兩位女生的服務態度挺好的，酒店有兩層樓，房間比較多，衞生還可以，停車也比較方便，可以可以，位置也還可以

訂的是親子床，空間夠大，房內有加熱片，網絡也可以。地理位置雖然靠近馬路，但晚上睡覺也很安靜，不用擔心太吵

首先必須要誇一誇酒店允許帶狗狗入住這一點，對於我們這些養寵人士來説簡直是福音。（摸摸身邊乖巧的狗狗）
進入房間後，發現衞生狀況相當不錯。床鋪乾淨整潔，沒有一絲異味；衞生間也打掃得一塵不染，讓人感覺特別舒心。
而且前台的服務更是沒得説，工作人員熱情友好，在辦理入住的時候，還貼心地給我們介紹了附近的美食。（回憶起美食，忍不住嚥了咽口水）按照他們的推薦，我們品嚐到了當地超級美味的特色小吃，真的太滿足啦！
總之，這次的住宿體驗非常棒，下次出行還會選擇這家酒店！

出去考試住的，環境很不錯，酒店服務人員態度也很好，很有耐心，如家酒店環境確實不錯，出去住都住他們家的，主要是衞生乾淨，環境也好，住的安心忙放心
