First the room not so clean The hot water not so hot The window breaks and the use adhesive Wi-fi so hard to contact with you phone or laptop The furniture broken 😅😅😅 Totally not 5 stars hotel not give me that feeling

每次回鄂爾多斯探親都必住鄂爾多斯國賓館。我曾經是國賓館最早的住客，那時剛剛營業的國賓館，服務員還沒有經過規範化培訓，操着一口濃重的陝北方言。皇冠假日接手管理以後，酒店軟件服務有了很大提高。2008年前後，酒店經常接待政府會議，賓客盈門，早餐品種極為豐富。酒店附屬的中餐廳，本地菜做得也相當地道。我很懷念國賓館當年的輝煌盛況。隨着鄂爾多斯五星級酒店的急劇增加，國賓館不可避免地衰落了。酒店硬件實施稍顯老化，但管理方在酒店的園林上下了大功夫，花了大價錢。每次我入住國賓館，都喜歡繞着酒店散步，用手機拍攝酒店公園的花花草草。

一進酒店的環境很優美，停車位很方便，是一家花園式的酒店。進入大廳服務人員很熱情，也很温馨，房間的衞生很乾凈，早餐廳的品種很多，服務人員也很到位，菜品很可口，用完餐可以帶孩子在酒店外面散步，讓我體會到了賓至如歸的感覺，下次還會選擇這家酒店。

必須給全五星好評！從踏入大堂的那一刻起，就感受到了賓至如歸的温暖。前台工作人員笑容親切，辦理入住高效專業，房間設計簡約雅緻，床品柔軟舒適得像躺在雲朵裏，淋浴水壓充足，洗漱用品都是高端品牌，細節完美，前台推薦的本地餐廳也完全沒踩雷。早餐種類豐富，現煮的湯麪和中西式點心都很驚艷，咖啡香濃得讓人精神一振。最讓人感動的是服務細節：保潔阿姨每天都會把房間整理得一塵不染，還手寫了天氣提示卡，晚上回房發現床頭備好了温熱的晚安甜湯。離店時工作人員主動幫忙搬運行李並送上伴手禮，這樣的用心服務絕對值得反覆入住！
