First the room not so clean The hot water not so hot The window breaks and the use adhesive Wi-fi so hard to contact with you phone or laptop The furniture broken 😅😅😅 Totally not 5 stars hotel not give me that feeling

這些年像候鳥歸巢般來回故里，我以步履丈量過鄂爾多斯每一座五星酒店的晨昏。直到遇見隱於城市綠肺的皇冠假日，所有的尋覓忽然有了篤定的答案。 酒店宛如嵌在翡翠匣中的明珠，被380畝生態公園温柔環抱。春日沿落櫻曲徑拾級而上，能聽見草葉間露珠與波斯菊私語；盛夏推窗便是接天蓮葉託起的玻璃穹頂，睡蓮在暮色中次第點亮；秋深時楓林將回廊染成琥珀畫廊，每個轉角都與一簇怒放的秋菊撞個滿懷。最令人動容的是那些無聲的守候——花匠們把四季揉碎了重新排列組合，連寒冬子夜歸來的旅人，都能在覆雪松枝間邂逅一片由冰晶花燈織就的琉璃星系。 當零下十六度的北風在窗外嘶吼時，我常捧着奶茶倚在觀景台前。看月光在精心設計的燈陣裏折出七彩虹暈，恍然明白這座酒店最動人的星級，不在大堂的水晶吊燈上，而在那些將荒漠之城澆灌成祕密花園的温柔匠心之中。

酒店位置超棒！就在市中心附近，周圍一應俱全，吃喝玩樂太方便啦。 酒店的外觀簡約大氣，一進門，大堂寬敞明亮，裝修風格很現代，給人感覺很舒適。公共區域都打掃得乾乾淨淨，沒有任何異味。房間裏更是整潔，床鋪平整，床單被罩都很乾凈。

衞生：衞生方面打掃的很乾凈， 環境：環境也很舒適 服務：服務態度也很不錯， 夏天來了，酒店綠樹成蔭的，周邊也有好玩的地方，我們去了野生動物園，看了好多動物，最喜歡的還是我們的國寶大熊貓，七巧七喜，冬天來了也有滑雪場等等之類的項目供我們遊玩，酒店裡也是藍天白雲的，而且酒店去這些景點也很方便，真是一次愉快的旅行，下次還來

這已經不是第一次入住鄂爾多斯皇冠假日酒店了，這個酒店一直是我來鄂爾多斯的首選，前台工作人員的服務態度真的是沒得説，非常的熱情真誠！客房裡邊也非常的有家的感覺，就是很舒服。我最喜歡的是在酒店的園子裏走一走，散散步，很放鬆，很舒服！

整個酒店都顯的特別整潔有序，房間温度適宜睡眠感很舒適，所有人的服務很專業不愧是洲際旗下品牌的五星國際聯號，地處中國的最北方還能見到南方才有的熱帶植被很值得打卡。推薦！推薦！推薦！

一進來是園林式酒店很氣派，服務人員都很熱情，房間裏的衞生乾淨整潔，設施設備齊全，早餐品種很豐盛，還有本地特色美食，早餐旁邊的小花園環境優美，推薦！

一進酒店大門，感覺到了公園。這裏的風景真美，停車超級方便，服務態度好，前台訂房專業，房間空氣清新，床品乾淨舒適，餐飲服務好，飯菜符合我的胃口，閑散時間出去遛彎，空氣真好，風景真美總之是一家很不錯的酒店，下次出還選這家酒店

第二次住了，由於自己粗心，定錯房間了，定了一個大床，過去前台又幫忙重新換了一個標間，老酒店了，房間打掃的挺乾淨的，酒店服務也挺好。

但入住環境很棒，房間乾淨，隔音效果很好，客房區很安靜。酒店早餐也很豐盛，種類很多，旁邊還有花園餐廳，很漂亮。前台有個男孩子服務很好，超nice，給我們介紹了很多可以打卡的美食餐廳和遊玩地方。總體來説很棒，缺點就是開業年限有點久，設施有些陳舊了，但作為洲際標準五星酒店來説還算可以，如果不追求太苛刻的服務，還是很推薦的。

酒店位於老城區吃住比較方便 鄂爾多斯的三個區離的都很遠 玩的地方大多在新區很不方便；早餐挺豐富，當地的特色美食蒙古奶茶，蒸莜麪，羊雜碎，奶疙瘩等都有；房間雖然有些老舊但床品還是很舒適，也很乾凈，洗澡水很大也很熱；酒店的環境特別好在公園裡。
