I stayed at this property for one night while visiting the Island. It was a very short walk from the airport which was great. The included breakfast was delicious just a short one hour window to enjoy it. The room was comfortable and the A/C & WIFI worked great! The flowers on the property were just spectacular! I had a little private garden backyard but my stay was too short to enjoy it. The Quill trailhead is a 1/2 hour walk from the property. I didn't see many establishments nearby the hotel which was the only con. All in all I would recommend this hotel.

The Papaya Inn is just perfect. Great professional and friendly staff, excellent complimentary breakfast, lovely and spacious room, nestled in nature... What more could you ask for. I think the garden is one of my favorite features of the inn. It's filled with flowering plants, herbs, fruit trees, and tea bushes. It's just a beautiful taste of paradise and the only place I'll call home in Statia.

The AC was not cooling the room in which I stayed. The Air filter was very dirty very dirty like carpet rug. Hope they see this and do maintenance before they stop receiving bookings. That is the only thing that was not ok. After I cleaned the filters all was ok the AC started to cool the room

We had a great time, and the staff was excellent. When we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. The breakfast were good and the coffee was tasty. Highly recommend the location.

The place is nice, room was good and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful and the breakfast was really good too! I can recommend it to anyone who wants a good stay on Sint Eustatius. Don't hesitate to book.

Lovely place if you like kindness and cozy stay. The rooms are very clean, most of them with a small fridge, watercooker, and microwave. Internet works great. Each room with a view on the beautiful garden. Ooooo, the owner cooks delicious ! Especially lunch is a recommendation. All prepared with fresh products.

I have been to Statia a couple of times for my work and have seen several places. I can truly say that staying at Papaya Inn is the best choice for a fair price! The accommodation is very neat, the bed is comfortable, the hostess is super friendly and the breakfast is freshly made. You even have the possibility to dine (with upfront reservation) at this place or rent a car (with reservation beforehand). It is also centrally located and still quiet.

We dove at Statia for a few days and stayed at the Papaya. The room was nice and large, everything worked and the staff was great. They also have this amazing garden around the Inn and a great breakfast.

Beautiful appartement with a very good bed and airco. Everything looked pretty new. The Breakfast was very tastefull, omlet, yoghurt and with pieces of fresh mango and orange. The manager Marie was very nice and helped us to overcome the time we had while waiting for our flight
