For a last minute 1 night stay it wasn't bad, however there is a lot of work for improvement that needs to be done. The windows didn't lock and in my parents room the window fell open at 2am scaring them half to death, luckily not so much to cause a medical incident. There was no screen in the window either and the only thing that kept the window pane from shattering was the fact they had their curtain shut. The next morning when they told us is when we found the windows being held shut with screws. Otherwise the stay wasn't bad but it definitely wasn't worth the price we paid and not one of the better country inn & suites. But Shantel was amazing. Outstanding customer service

Check in was very easy and friendly. Refrigerator was the perfect size for what we needed.
Room furniture needs to be refreshed. The couch had stains and upholstery was damaged. Made the room look run down, although it was clean overall.

The service was very good. Overall the hotel was pretty worn out. Public areas could use a good cleaning. Beds comfortable.

The pet friendly rooms are so highly perfumed that it is overwhelming and head ache inducing. The furniture and rugs were worn and stained. The staff were lovely and friendly. Breakfast was very good.

Perfect stay. Excellent staff. Rooms were clean. Perfect for our overnight stay en route. Great variety of breakfast options. It was fully stocked. Area was clean. Would recommend this place and will stay here again.

The room appears clean, could use new carpet though. Check in was slow, no one at desk when I came in . I had to wait about 5 minutes before someone showed up.

I loved everything about it however I would like to make a suggestion about the laundry. Instead of having to pay $2/each for washer and dryer and provide our own detergent and dryer sheets… i think there should be a laundry detergent dispenser that costs $2/ and we wash for free. So we dont have to go to the store to try to buy some detergent

Bed linen was clean, bathroom was clean.
Motel is old, carpet had a large hole between the dresser and the foot of the bed. Furniture is old and like the carpet needs to be updated. Especially for 150 a night, could have stayed cheaper elsewhere, probably as good of shape. You definitely did not want to walk on the carpet in the room barefooted.

Comfortable, clean, staff was friendly and helpful. Good breakfast. Unfortunately the pool was closed, room could use alittle updating but still was comfortable.
