Hotel in zona Worthy Park Pickleball Courts, Contea Di Orange

Abbiamo soggiornato una notte per il fine settimana del giorno del presidente. Ci siamo iscritti a circa 8 pm e sono stati accolti da un servizio eccellente da parte del loro specialista di front desk, Alexander. Alexander è stato veloce per ottenere il nostro iscritto e ci ha davvero aiutato a sentirci benvenuti. Posso dire che era uno dei migliori controlli che abbia mai avuto, che poteva fornire tutte le informazioni pertinenti che avevamo bisogno e che ci rivolgeva immediatamente alla nostra stanza. Abbiamo trovato la nostra stanza molto pulita e pronta per una serata rilassante dopo un giorno a piedi. Grazie a Alexander e alla squadra della Crowne Plaza Costa Mesa Orange County!

La posizione geografica è conveniente, la strada di Liu è molto vicina a mangiare, la stanza è pulita e pulita, il personale di servizio è attento e la prossima volta scelgerà questa casa. È una buona esperienza.

Hotel is clean, but a bit out dated. If you're used to 4 star or newer hotel you'll be disappointed. But for budget travelling, its wonderful value

Siamo rimasti a Staybridge Suites in Irvine per 3 settimane quando ci siamo trasferiti nella zona e questo è tutto ciò che speravamo e più. Le camere spaziose, la cucina intera, la lavanderia, la piscina e altre strutture hanno reso il nostro soggiorno esteso confortevole e piacevole. Ma la parte migliore del nostro soggiorno è stato il personale sorprendente che ha superato e superato per risolvere qualsiasi problema e rendere il nostro soggiorno ancora migliore. Jorge, Fara, Sandra e tutti gli altri membri del personale - grazie per la vostra ospitalità e professionalità.

Stavo qui con la mia famiglia per Disneyland, che è a circa 15 minuti di distanza. Quando siamo arrivati nella nostra stanza, ho notato che c’erano capelli accanto alla doccia. La nostra stanza non aveva nemmeno un balcone... anche quando la prenotavo, ha detto che avrebbero una. Ho notato che le foglie sul letto non erano tutte così pulite. La colazione era piuttosto buona, era stile buffet e aveva molte opzioni. Tuttavia, sinceramente non mi fermerò ancora, se mi chiedete. Mi aspettavo che fosse più pulita per essere Holiday Inn.

One of the few hotels with free parking! The DoubleTree was clean and spacious and a 5 min walk to The Source (Korean shopping outlet center), so many good food options nearby and also easy access to other food options along Beach Boulevard.

Il personale era grande. E 'un hotel più vecchio. Wifi è limitato a un cellulare per camera, cioè il cattivo Wifi. Grande posizione per sport professionali, parchi di intrattenimento e altre strutture. La camera è piccola con una piccola selezione di cereali, ma in generale è un buon colazione. La colazione può essere goduto solo nella sala colazione.

Honestly I’m so confused about the rating that I should give to this hotel. First I’d like to give a big sour out to Marcus (one of the managers there) he helped us with the confusion that the front desk had regarding our complimentary breakfast. We really appreciate his help. The rooms could use a renovation the key were outdated, the screen o our window was broken. The bathroom was outdated as well the sink and bathtub faucets need to be changed. The staff need lots of training, the housekeeping team had to get their manager to communicate with us as they couldn’t speak English (they only spoke spanish) The front desk lady was talking to us while eating and she had lots of partially chewed food in her mouth while talking to us which wasn’t professional and it didn’t look pleasant at all. The person who worked at the front desk at night was so unfriendly and unprofessional when we called him at 1:30am for very loud noises that were coming from above and lasted for a good two hours till around 3:30am. Even when you go for the hot breakfast buffet, the staff who’s in charge for taking your orders and room numbers was aggressive in the beginning and took our orders while he was seated with his legs crossed, we felt like students standing infront of our teacher,,, although he came to us and told us that he knew he was rude and explained that he did that as people previously complained that they should’ve been told the price of the buffet before they ate as they didn’t want to pay. I think all the staff need to lots of training. Hopefully Adam the new manager does something about it, he listened to our concerns and said that he will look into it.
