La piscina calda era grande! Per prenotare la corte di tennis, ResortPass non ha chiesto il numero di prenotazione, quindi il lavoratore mi ha aiutato.

Stai due notti, circa 25 minuti di distanza da Disney, e passando al fiammifero, è buono a vuoto, l'hotel ha dato la cucchiaia del gusto, la lavanderia è lontana, nera e sottile, la macchina è sporca e cattiva e la sinistra è finita.Il vicino ha un fast food con le uscite arancioni, ma la barba ha comprato.

Had a family member at Mission Hospital in Mission Viejo and this is the closest hotel to the hospital. It's a solid choice for the area where there are a dearth of hotels, much less decent hotels. Had a suite which was spacious with bed, couch, desk with nice TV (which could swivel for watching from bed) and a bar area with a fridge. The bathroom was large. The bed was fine. I was on the first floor overlooking the back parking lot, but that was fine because I wasn't there for the view and the back parking lot seems little used, so there wasn't noise with people coming and going from the lot. I see that some have complained about overhead noise and advised a third floor room, but I didn't hear any noise from above -- perhaps the room above me was empty, however. Four points instead of five because the blackout curtains weren't perfect and let in some light around the edges of the curtains and I'm sensitive to light. Other hotels I have been staying at lately in Orange County do better on the blackout curtain front. Another demerit for the awful complimentary breakfast. No breakfast potatoes like most places which do complimentary breakfast and the pre-made scrambled eggs were just plain disgusting -- had some weird oily chemical taste. The blueberry muffin was also awful. There are no actual mugs for tea or coffee. Only these very flimsy paper cups where you have to carry the cup with a napkin because unlike Starbucks cups, for instance, the cups aren't thick enough so that it is not uncomfortable to carry a hot beverage with your bare hand. Even worse, the lids don't fit the cups properly so it's impossible to completely lid the cup if you are carrying the cup back to your room, as I did. Because the lid did not fit properly and I was juggling to open my door with my door key, I ended up spilling some hot liquid on myself. If I stayed at this hotel again, I would not have breakfast in the hotel. Order delivery from Uber Eats or go out to dine. Even an Egg McMuffin would have been better than this food. Be aware that on weekends the place seems overrun with ill-mannered children (many in sports uniforms -- so I surmised that they were being taken to tournaments in the area). The children crowded the breakfast buffet area and didn't realize that you are supposed to take your food and move on so others can, in turn, get in to take their food. The kids were also running through the halls. I would guess the hotel is more sedate during the week, at least during the school year.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a hotel that truly dazzled me with its stunning aesthetics at the lobby and incredible amenities. From the moment I arrived, I was captivated by the hotel’s beautiful entrance and lobby and meticulously clean environment. It’s clear that a lot of thought and care has gone into maintaining this lobby. One of the standout features of this hotel is their family-friendly policy of ”kids eat free.” This not only adds great value for families traveling with children but also makes dining more enjoyable without the added stress of budgeting for meals. It was delightful to see kids savoring their meals with smiles and laughter filling the dining area—a testament to the welcoming atmosphere the hotel fosters. The pool area is nothing short of breathtaking. The stunning design incorporates lush landscaping, providing a serene oasis for relaxation. Even more impressive is the cleanliness and upkeep of the pool. It sparkles in the sunlight, inviting guests to take a refreshing dip or lounge poolside with a drink in hand. This meticulous attention to detail elevates the overall experience and sets a positive tone for the entire stay. However, I must mention that while the hotel’s public areas and amenities are fantastic, the rooms themselves are somewhat outdated. Although they provide the necessities and comfort for a good night's sleep, the decor and furnishings could use an upgrade to match the hotel’s otherwise stunning aesthetic. Nevertheless, this did not significantly detract from my overall experience. After all, when you're surrounded by such beauty and comfort in other areas, it’s easy to overlook the room's shortcomings. In conclusion, this hotel is a gorgeous retreat that excels in providing top-notch amenities, such as kid-friendly dining options and a beautiful pool area. While there’s room for improvement in room decor, the overall experience remains delightful and fulfilling. I would definitely recommend this hotel for families and vacationers looking for a blend of relaxation and fun! Lastly, parking and shuttle to theme parks were complimentary! It’s a 4 stars for me!

Sicuro intorno, il servizio del fratello dentale con la reception è molto entusiasta, e c'è un piccolo carico di carico per soggiornare.

La stanza è molto grande, la struttura è molto comoda, le strutture sono complete, e ci sono anche diversi pacco di caffè. La posizione dell'hotel non è lontana, molto tranquilla.

Il materasso e i cuscini K erano molto comodi. La camera era molto spaziosa e silenziosa. Cynthia della reception è stata molto accomodante per la mia richiesta ed è stato un soggiorno fantastico. Il personale è cordiale, cortese ed efficiente. Il parcheggio coperto con cancello è stato utile durante la tempesta e apprezzo che abbiano 3 carrelli per bagagli ben funzionanti a disposizione degli ospiti. Il Gateway Towne Center è raggiungibile a piedi, a 1 isolato da Best Buy, Marshalls, ecc.

Before I get into the review, I just want to state that I have tried on multiple occasions to reach out to the hotel and resolve these issues amicably, however due to their incompetent staff at various levels they have failed to support. I would also like to call out the worst hotel manager to grace the earth in Chadi Guirguis, for his achievement in failing to respond to my emails and numerous phone calls, despite giving me his assurance in person that I would be taken care of. Lastly, I rarely leave reviews but after weeks of deliberating, I feel that I need to share my experience and warn anyone who plans to go in the future. Onto the review, and myself and my family stayed in room 331 on the 9th and 10th April 2024. We chose this hotel mainly for its location but also because it carried the Hilton name, which we felt would give us a more 'premium' experience. Oh how wrong we were. We were greeted with a room which had multiple damp spots (mainly on the ceiling), the latch on the door hanging by a thread, mould behind a peeled section of wallpaper and a shower that was incapable of providing hot water for more than 3 seconds. Given it was a 2 night stay, we tried our best to make the best of a bad situation and stay in the room (we were also out most of the day). The next day we went out and returned to the room at around 8pm. This was where the real issues began. On return to our room, we found that NONE of the beds had been made and the room had not been cleaned at all. Given that this is a basic expectation of any hotel that you stay in (especially a Hilton), I went to reception to complain and was greeted by the rudest receptionist I think I had ever met (Monika I think the name was). The problem was I couldn't speak to her for 30 mins because there were 4 people ahead of us in the queue, all complaining about the same issue! The receptionists response was abrupt and comical, telling us that there were no cleaners available and pretty much expected us to deal with it. Following this, I returned to the room and once again, tried to make the best out of a bad situation. Then the worst hotel experience I ever had took place... My son was sitting on a chair by the window, playing his iPad when suddenly the window detaches from the frame and LANDS on my sons leg, injuring him followed by crying and screaming. The window itself was large and heavy, however we were incredibly fortunate that the glass didn't smash, mainly because the curtain in front of it slowed its momentum as it fell. Whilst my wife attended to our son, I (perhaps stupidly) tried to re-attach the window to the frame due to the safety hazard that had now been created as it led directly onto the flat roof outside. It also meant that a huge draft was coming into the room. Despite my attempts, I was unable to re-secure the window and for the second time, made my way back to reception to complain (once again) and ask to be re-allocated to a different room. L'hotel era assolutamente fantastico! Il personale è andato sopra e oltre per assicurarsi che il nostro soggiorno fosse perfetto. La loro incredibile ospitezza ci ha fatto sentire come ospiti apprezzati. L'hotel ha avuto un bel tempo, le strutture erano eccellenti, ma la calda e genuina ospitezza del personale ha reso il nostro soggiorno inspiegabile.
