Dutch Inn and Suites

Very clean hotel interior & exterior. Cleanliness was great. Encounter with desk check in person & 2 cleaning associates created a good experience. They were cordial, smiled, respectful & made me feel like they appreciated us being there. The hotel is older & needs some minor updates but overall a decent hotel especially compared to other recent stays we have had at major chain hotels. They are in need of a larger breakfast area & more complete food options. Very limited selection & only a couple tables for guests to eat breakfast on. The best takeaway I can say is that the cleanliness of this hotel was better than a recent Royal Caribbean cruise we were on & the hotels we have stayed at over the past 5yrs or so. The hotel was full due to a festival in the town & the associates were friendly & approachable. Due to the age of the hotel there were minor bathroom updates needed but the fixtures were exceptionally clean. The beds were fine with pillow options. The carpet in our room was in good shape & clean. The hallway carpet appeared like quality carpet but perhaps older & needing an update. My cleanliness standards are extremely high & this hotel delivered.

Clean, comfortable room, bed. Great shower head! The only annoyance was rhe creaking and cracking noises above our room whenever anyone walked across the floor.

Nothing fancy but satisfied what we needed for a night. Clean room, comfortable bed, fairly good selection for breakfast nothing hot (except waffles) but variety of other options. Close to restaurant, movie theater and shopping.

Only complaint is the pillows were hard and flat. Would have been nice to have hard boiled eggs Since no hot ones. No biggy though.

Nice facility. Rooms neat. Bathroom clean. Appliances working. Nice mostly continental breakfast, but did have waffle maker
