Loved everything! The room was very nice, bed was very comfortable, bathroom was very nice. They had all the amenities in the room and bathroom. The hotel was just beautiful. Grounds were so pretty, The elevators were nice too! The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful from the front desk to the restaurants, to the souvenir shop. The pool area was awesome and so nice! The bar was fantastic, from service to drinks. I had the frozen ones. They were so good! I ate at the Splash grill bar next to it. The food was so good! I cannot wait to go back! The beach was so beautiful and renting chairs and umbrellas was affordable and the service was awesome!

The place is amazing. Very nice staff and they are very accommodating. The breakfast buffet is very good and Mr. Thomas who handles the omelette & crepe station is THE BEST!! Not only is he The Best omelette maker but an even better person. Great man and so glad I got to meet you this past weekend. I can’t wait for another omelette!! Thank you to everyone there and my girlfriend and I really enjoyed our stay. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I'd give this place zero stars if given the opportunity. Where to begin... My family and I checked in yesterday night and asked for 2 nights. The dude at the desk said that was good and booked us for 2 nights, so we thought. We were never given a receipt nor took my Bonvoy account #. He said that the account # wasn't needed and wouldn't give me a discount. The next day, we received a call from the front desk at 8:30 PM asking us to leave. We told the lady at the front desk that we were there for 2 nights. They couldn't move us to another room due to being sold out. No accommodations were made for their error and as a result we had to find another hotel room. How can you possibly book someone in a room that wasn't cleaned?! The only thing good about this place is the lake view in the back.

Arriviamo a Orange Beach una notte prima, quindi ci siamo fermati qui la notte aspettando di entrare nel nostro condominio per il resto della vacanza. Ci siamo piacevolmente sorpresi di questo Hampton Inn. L'hotel è al fronte della spiaggia e è una bella spiaggia. L'hotel ha anche una bella piscina di dimensioni. La nostra stanza era pulita e profumata. Il colazione era buona e il personale era gentile. Non abbiamo alcuna denuncia.

This is our favorite hotel to stay in when we visit Orange Beach. The rooms are excellent and the staff is always friendly, courteous and professional. The pool is very nice and of course you step out the back and you're right there on the beach. Lounge chairs are available around the pool and the rear patio area. You just can't ask for much more in terms of comfort and beach enjoyment. The breakfast is exceptional with personal omelets prepared for you, along with waffles, breakfast sandwiches, etc. You won't be disappointed at this hotel. Thanks Folks!!!

Il tubo caldo non funzionava.

Veronica al divano era fantastica, non perché mi aveva dato tutto quello che volevo perché non poteva. Ma perché era molto gentile e sempre accolto quando siamo entrati durante il nostro soggiorno. Abbiamo trovato il personale molto gentile e sempre lavorato duramente per gli ospiti.

The staff here are amazing, friendly, helpful, courteous, and all lead by example. Regardless if you passed a housekeeper or someone serving the breakfast, everyone spoke to you and genuinely seemed to care. The front desk was always well staffed, helpful, remember names, offered suggestions and went above and beyond the service often offered at full service Marriot's. It is obvious that leadership takes care of their team and their team takes care of the guests. I would highly recommend this hotel for their staff, cleanliness, location, pricing, service, and the excellent complimentary breakfast daily.
