The hotel was very good. Proper service to and from the airport was a problem. The form was filled out when we arrived and needed to return to the airport. Noone picked us up and I had to pay $120 taxi fare. The person who was supposed to be at the hotel was not available on Tuesday and Thursday prior to our sight seeing trips. The number given to us to contact never answered. Please refund me my taxi fare. Thank you

If you like all inclusive vacations, this one has it all. There are many things to do, water activities, games, contests, great shows at night.

Property was excellent...Caution make sure your passport name coincides with reservation name..Michael at front desk was terrible and rude I was held up for 50 minutes because passport was Thomas and I made reservation under Tom..He would not except any documentation or receipts that I paid in advance. He was a total ahole

Activities listed on schedule didn't always take place, not clear where on beach activities we're going to be or when, until already underway. They should stick to printed times

My husband and i thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Beach is amazing, service is great, food tasty & clean rooms with everything you need. We will be back

This beach is nothing short of amazing. Staff is also great. The only thing I would change is the dinner reservations. There is only 2 dinner serving times at each restaurant, so it is very hard to get a reservation. Otherwise a great stay

The Staff at RIU were courteous, friendly and just fun to be around. The food was very good with plenty to offer at all times. I would ask that the property make an inves**ent to repair or replace the John Deere tractors used around the resort. They were very loud, did not run well and if had to be restarted smelled terribly of gasoline. RIU is too nice a place for a couple Shaky Jakes to be ruining a beautiful environment.

Property is great. Modern and super clean. Most of the staff are awesome. Food at buffet also good. However, the food and the service staff at the A La Carte restaurants are sub-par. Can’t believe they are worst than those at the buffet. That said, this is still a great resort.
