If this rule is not abided by, there will be a $40 fee per unapproved visitor.-Fire/Smoke: It is a property rule that there are to be no fires, candles, smoking or burning of any kind in the property. Our cleaning company charges a $200 fee if there is any indication of any form of burning/smoke in the house.Fireplaces- All fireplaces are non-working and should not be used.-Excessive mess: If the property is left excessively dirty there will be a $100 fee for extra cleaning.-Late check-out fee: Late check-outs are allowed only if explicitly approved. If approved prior to arrival, you can check-out as late as 11:00 a.m. with no charge. There is a $25 charge per hour if we extend anytime beyond 11:00 a.m. and the latest we can let someone checkout is 1:00 p.m.-Guests must provide a working telephone number.
