I don’t usually write reviews, but after spending 10 days at The Royal Hotel MGallery in my hometown, I felt I had to share just how exceptional the experience was from beginning to end. I arrived at 3am, tired and expecting a quiet check-in, but instead, I was greeted by Yassine, whose warmth and professionalism set the tone for the entire stay. Naima at the front desk was just as lovely, always smiling, helpful, and genuinely kind. Breakfast each morning was something I actually looked forward to, thanks to the great team led by Houari and Karima, and the tall head chef (whose name I didn’t catch, sadly). They made each morning feel relaxed and enjoyable, and the food was spot on. A huge thank you as well to Assia and Amina from housekeeping, they kept everything immaculate and were always friendly. And I really appreciated Alilou from the security team, he was polite, reassuring, and just made you feel safe. What stood out the most, though, was the warmth and genuine hospitality from everyone I came across. It didn’t feel like just good service it felt personal. I was made to feel welcome, valued, and looked after in a way that really stayed with me. To everyone at the hotel: thank you for making my stay so special.
